No one notified me when my doctor left, and I got the usual reminder emails and texts for days before asking me to confirm my appt. The receptionist at Port Richey said they called me to reschedule my appt, but I didn't answer, and they left a voicemail. There vm came in the middle of the usual stream of reminder emails and texts and just assumed the vm was another one, and deleted it. But the receptionist had the nerve to start blaming me for missing their one phone call, so I gave her some four letter words and hung up.
