We arrived around 4:45-5:00 PM on Monday, September 22. The lady at the counter was polite and told us there would be a 15-minute wait for my wife and me to get pedicures, plus a manicure and eyebrow wax for her. No problem--we sat in the pedicure chairs and waited. But instead of helping us, they ignored us for 15-20 minutes. We even watched another woman walk in after us and immediately start her pedicure. There was zero urgency, zero professionalism, and zero respect for our time. If they didn't want to work on a guy's feet, they could have just said so. Instead, the rude indifference and sexist attitude ruined our experience. I will never return, and I'll make sure others know to avoid this location as well.

They provide each client with a new unopened package of nail files and scrubber ect for customer safety and sanitation. I liked that. I chose the #3 which was an upgrade option pedicure $35 and the manicure was $15. They also have lower cost versions for the pedicure, if your watching your coins that day. The owner is a very nice gentleman. He did the massage, scrub, hot stones for my pedicure, then had a lady finish it off with filing, cuticle cutting, and polishing. I'll be honest and say I came in around an hour before they closed. They could have turned me away…read morebut did not. The salon itself is modern and nice. There was not a bar that I could see, so I was not offered anything to drink. The gentleman who did my nails seemed to be in a rush to finish my nails. I left around 7:30ish. I stated that I was new in the area and was looking for a new nail shop. So maybe the poor service was so I wouldn't come back. I was charged $70 and tipped about $20. Take a look at my pictures, the white powder I brought with me. Because they don't have glow in dark white powder. I asked for clear acrylic on top but was literally denied it. The nails are not smooth to the touch. The glitter is poking thru the top coat. The nails are very thin. This is a brand new set. We took off my old set and slapped this one. I should have only asked for a refill. I had quality work before this. I'm very embarrassed by these nails and will be removing them soon. Don't take clients just to rush the work.
