Some talented nail artists here! I came here in September as a bridal party and just had a mani/pedi. My manicure looked as if I had acrylics on and loved they were able to do an almond shape on them! I came back on Friday to get a full set done and Cindy did my nails. I usually get basic colors, but wanted to do something special this time and she rocked it! I was the only person in the salon, I know it is hard to find and get to, but definitely worth it!! Cindy was very nice and explained to me that some of her coworkers can't speak English well & is always ready to help them with customers if needed. Never going back to this salon again. I asked for a full set which was done nicely but by the end of week 1, 2 of my nails came off on my right hand. I went back to get this fixed and they were going to charge me and I said, no it's only been a week and they didn't charge me again. By week 2 all of my nails came off on my left hand and 3 nails on my right hand. This is ridiculous! I paid $55.00 plus gave the girl a nice tip for this? I typically write reviews that I hope can help others. I bought my girlfriend a gift card from this location and when she went there to use it, they wouldn't honor it because they said the spa had been purchased by new owners. This is a perfect example of why small businesses suffer at the hands of larger retail stores. They didn't even offer some sort of complimentary service for the money I lost from the card purchase. We won't be using their service again and beware of buying gift cards from there. read more

I am so happy they are back open after being closed for the past 6 months because of Covid. They have fixed up the salon nicely during the closure. I had a 10:30 appointment for a no chip pedi. I was seated as soon as I walked in. My pedi looks beautiful. I am so happy to see the same quality work I have always recieved. I would recommend them to everyone. Yuki is no longer here :( but the techs are still kind . I think they are now under new management and you can get special pricing for paying in cash. I do find it is now more difficult to convey what exactly I want . Just a different vibe now , not negative just different. Only reason I'm dropping two stars is because the wait in between a completed pedicure and to get a manicure is extremely long and there was/is no updates given. I really miss yuki! read more

I'm on the hunt to find a new nail salon in the area. There are a TON, however, the reviews are not the best. I decided to give this place a try after reading the Yelp & Google reviews. The location was nice and clean. The staff was also very friendly. I came in for a pedicure and a no chip manicure. I ended up only getting the pedicure because I was not satisfied with the quality of the pedicure. The gentleman who did my pedicure was nice, but I felt like he had novice experience doing my pedicure for the very first time. Definitely not the level of quality I was looking for to even allow any more time wasted for nail service. Another lady actually polished my toe nails, and she had to clean up what he missed. I can see how they may get good reviews, but unfortunately that's not what I experienced myself today. The service was just ok for me. Although I will not come here again, perhaps your experience could be better. Here are some positives and negatives for you below: Positives -Great foot massage (But I was looking for a pedicure and not a masseuse) -Basic pedicure only $18 (My pedicure definitely felt and looked like it was a $18 pedicure) -Clean -Friendly Staff Negatives -Novice pedicure technician -Parking is TERRIBLE. No parking spaces. Many signs of where not to park (or get towed). No signs for nail parking. -Limited color selection for regular polish and no chip (Booooo. Total bummer here) -Cash only promotions. Ex. Spend $300 on cash only nail services and get $15 off. (Not sure who is paying $300 for nails services, but ok. Thank you). Totally cute place! When I called to schedule my appointment, they didn't want my name or phone number. Should have known the place was sketchy then. SEEMS clean enough. But the girl doing my pedicure speaks like zero English. I'm all about equal opportunity but she didn't understand when I wanted my toenails cut shorter, the water warmer, or when I wanted to upgrade to their hot stone pedicure! She had to keep getting up asking one of the other girls (mind you the place is dead. If the other girls understand they should work on me) I made a point to check online and see if they offered hot stone pedicures. It's on their menu, so I tried this place out. Now in the middle of my pedicure they tell me the girl who does them isn't here today? What kind of BS is that? I'm annoyed and feel bad for this girl working on me. I use to really like this place when they first opened they would take their time with a basic pedicure but now when I get the basic pedicure , every time they rush through it . It's literally over in 5-10 mins and that includes the nail painting. The foot massage is not good and not long enough . It would be different if they were busy but they never are when I go in. Went the first time and it was nice experience; however communication difficulties made it unpleasant. The place is very clean. 2nd time- went before our trip to Mexico. No chip was really bad. She was obviously using the scraping of the bottle and I asked for matching. Didn't even last a week. My toes were orange and nails pink! Felt like you were bothering them by asking a question. My girl friends and I were planning a nail date for quite a while. We stumbled upon a Groupon for Tokyo Spa and figured we would give it a shot. I got my first ever gel manicure and my friends got a pedicure and gel manicure. We were all very happy with our services and thought the place was really clean and inviting. The staff is extremely nice and I didn't feel intimidated at all which is a problem for me in other nail salons sometimes (hence why I haven't gone in 8 years). About 5 days after I got my gel manicure, it started to peel up and come off of my nails (I can't remember who did my nails originally) I stopped back in and showed Yuki what was going on. She was super nice and redid the manicure for me on the spot. I'm very happy with her customer service and will definitely come back for any nail business. However, we came back for our appointment the next day (at the same time they opened) and no one showed up for 10 minutes so we left. Stopped in one afternoon and there was no wait which I loved. The guy who did my nails did a great job and he even made sure I still liked the color I picked once it was applied to one of my nails. I really thought that was so kind of him to do. I recently moved so I was looking for a new nail salon close to home. I saw the reviews on Yelp and thought I would check it out. I was greeted by Yuki who was very welcoming and friendly. I was getting a no chip manicure and a regular pedicure that day. They had a special going on if you purchased at least $60 worth of service, they would give you a $40 gift card. Say what?! Awesome deal. I don't know the name of the man who was doing my pedicure but he seemed new and didn't speak very much English. He took his time and was very careful- yuki ended up doing the polish. The only disappointment I had was the pedicure took a long time and it was for my bridal shower and bachelorette party weekend so I didn't have enough time to get my no chip done which was a huge bummer. Got a massage, mani & pedi. The massage was good... the girl climbed up on my back and used her body weight to get the knots out of my back. Although she didn't spend any time on my neck and I bought a neck and shoulder massage. Overall I was satisfied with it. Pedicure was okay. Only spent a second putting the scrub on which I wish they would have done for longer, foot massage was not good. The manicure was bad. I only got clear polish... mostly just wanted my cuticles removed and my hand massaged. No hand massage.... left some cuticles behind and others she cut so deep she drew blood. I'm not sure how they sanitize their equipment either... kind of unsettling. So bottom line I would return for the massage not the mani or pedi. read more
