Seeing as though I am a male, I can only speak on behalf of the men's locker room. Aside from the physical state of the locker room, you most likely will have to deal with Buffalo school kids who use the pools. Most of the time they are in the locker room when I am not, but when we are both in together, chaos. Onto the weight and cardio rooms themselves. They're just okay. On the smaller side, but I understand they're working with limited space. One of the rougher things in when there's more than 6 people in the weight room, it feels cramped and you often find yourself on a machine/area waiting for someone to finish in a machine/area you want to use. On to the track. When I hear the word "track" I think of an outdoor track around a soccer/football field. Seeing as though the track is indoors, my mind was left to wonder on what it could be like. I was thinking maybe around the basketball court or something. Turns out it's on a top floor and looks down onto the court. Not terrible, just not what I expected. Lastly, but perhaps the most frustrating issue I have with this gym- the attendants and security are never on time to open the building/weight & cardio rooms. It puts a real damper on things when you only have a small window to workout in. All in all, the gym is I guess *fine* and serves its purpose as best as it can. The cost was 379.00 per month . The receipt that I have says "90 Day Kickstarter". There is no doubt that I signed up for a 90 day program. The first charge the owner puts through on October 20th is for $779.00 which is not what I budgeted for. The owner made up some b.s. about prorating. Sounds a lot more to me like he has a cash flow problem because he is billing me for almost 2 full months. And, he was autatically extending my 3 month membership to 4 billable months because I didn't start my membership on his billing date?? Btw, there was also a promotion for a FREE TWO WEEK TRIAL which I never got credit for in his zany prorating and creative billing scheme. His irrational billing, which he justifies in his own mind, always results in dollars in his favor. But, hang on it gets worse. As of today, February 2018, 5 months later, the owner, Giovanni Preziuso, refuses to stop charging my account for $379.00 per month, although we are WELL past my 90 day program. He further insists that I have to pay until May, 2018!! I am not kidding. I assumed the charges were made in error and that he would correct the problem when he was made aware of it. I was very, very wrong. This billing is quite intentional. The owner's business practices are unethical and I predict that this will eventually ruin his reputation and destroy his business. I am taking my documentation into the branch today and having my bank rever se the charges. If he wants to persue this, we can take it all the way to court. At first I was dumbfounded. This time, my fiancé found Pro Muscle Lifting Club on Instagram and reached out, and from the very start, the owners (or account manager) were incredibly communicative and welcoming. The gym is in Buffalo, about a 15-20 minute drive from Lewiston, but it's absolutely worth it. The equipment is some of the best we've ever seen--seriously impressive--and they even have dumbbells that go up to 150 lbs. they also have cardio machines. We were there during Thanksgiving week and wanted to workout on Thanksgiving Day. To our surprise, they responded to our Instagram message promptly to let us know they'd be open! Meeting them in person only made us more impressed. We liked it so much we upgraded our day passes to a weekly pass, even though we were only going to be there three days. The gym itself is spacious, well-organized, clean, and free of clutter. They have a few machines and attachments we'd never seen before, which made for exciting and challenging workouts that left us both sore in the best way. There was no crowding at all--maybe 20-25 people when we were there--which made for a comfortable and focused workout environment. For bodybuilders, this gym is a dream--there's even a posing room! On top of that, the owners suggested a really tasty and healthy lunch option that we truly enjoyed. This gym has officially become our New York "gym home," and we can't wait to visit again. This is a new studio in Orchard Park. They use Megaformers here. Think Pilates reformers on…read moresteroids. I think there are 8 Megaformers in the lovely studio space. Parking is in back and the entrance is right there too, super convenient. Going in there is a beautiful reception area with comfortable seating. Sign In is easy. You can come dressed in workout clothes or change in one of the three large restrooms. Two of them that I saw had nice large showers as well. I didn't see bath towels so assume you bring those. I'd suggest bath mats in those rooms though as the floors will be slippery when wet. The class itself is a timed 40 min. Each day the sequence is different, I'm not sure if this is a national program that all places follow (like orange theory) or if the owner is making them up daily. But they will be different. This is not a chain so I imagine she's making up the routines daily. She holds a stopwatch and each exercise is done at your own pace, not by rep numbers. The idea is sloooow movements. And she will encourage you to go slooooower. So it's all about that movement and not relaxing or resting for that movement period. It's a full body workout, all low impact, but depending on how hard you work it could result in a raised heart rate. If done right it will likely result in some sore muscles, many you may not have felt for a long time. The movements are designed to hit areas you won't get from running or weight lifting. I enjoyed it a lot. I felt the exercises during and after the session. You'll get results quickly if you come here regularly (2,3 times a week). This is a nice addition to the options in Orchard Park and the Buffalo area. 2020

The instructor assisted me with how to properly stand/pull/bend/push/contort so that the proper muscles were being utilized to their fullest potential. The class flew by - we were busy working every moment and didn't really have time to think about a drink of water (I did pause to wipe sweat out of my eyes). I took my first class last night, and this morning I went to my regular work out and I couldn't believe how many muscles in unusual areas (such as in my stomach) ached.
