Can't get them to stop stealing from me. Canceled 8 MONTHS AGO after my trainer who was one of the few they had in their extremely limited time slots left to become a hand model and had 0 communication, however my card was continously charged until I confronted the owner about it at the gym when I thought he might be there, he then told me he'd stop charging me, and refund me the period of time where my trainer wasn't there, however that was a lie, he then blocked my number in his cell after I texted asking about the money. I was continously charged even after my bank investigated it for fraud and refunded me. He runs the charge under a slightly different companies name. Man's a low life and a criminal. All his trainer did was bash him as a scumbag, I should've been out after hearing that once. Place needs to be closed and the owner arrested. read more

Ruthless owner. Be careful of charges to your account. I signed up for a 90 day Kickstarter Program on October 10th, 2017 for personal training 3x per week for 3 months. The cost was 379.00 per month . The receipt that I have says "90 Day Kickstarter". There is no doubt that I signed up for a 90 day program. The first charge the owner puts through on October 20th is for $779.00 which is not what I budgeted for. The owner made up some b.s. about prorating. Sounds a lot more to me like he has a cash flow problem because he is billing me for almost 2 full months. And, he was autatically extending my 3 month membership to 4 billable months because I didn't start my membership on his billing date?? Btw, there was also a promotion for a FREE TWO WEEK TRIAL which I never got credit for in his zany prorating and creative billing scheme. His irrational billing, which he justifies in his own mind, always results in dollars in his favor. But, hang on it gets worse. As of today, February 2018, 5 months later, the owner, Giovanni Preziuso, refuses to stop charging my account for $379.00 per month, although we are WELL past my 90 day program. He further insists that I have to pay until May, 2018!! I am not kidding. I assumed the charges were made in error and that he would correct the problem when he was made aware of it. I was very, very wrong. This billing is quite intentional. The owner's business practices are unethical and I predict that this will eventually ruin his reputation and destroy his business. I am taking my documentation into the branch today and having my bank rever se the charges. If he wants to persue this, we can take it all the way to court. At first I was dumbfounded. But, now I am pretty angry. The gym itself is quite nice and the other trainers are very professional. However, the billing practices are highly suspect. Buyer beware. read more

What a beautiful facility and Gio is a great trainer but horrible businessman. Last March I confronted the owner about blowing off me and two other clients at my previously scheduled training and instead of apologizing, he argued with me and asked me to leave the gym. He said he'd refund my money for that month and canceled my membership. He continues to try and debit my checking account. If you read the reviews on social media you'll see he has a pattern of ripping off former clients. I work out at a new gym where many of his former clients have migrated to. They all have a similar story of him continuing to try and collect after memberships have ended. Buyer beware. read more

No flexibility on scheduling sessions and Refusing to Refund monthly Dues after canceling membership (6 months worth). Are you serious about working out and creating and meeting short term and long term improvement goals? Serious, serious? not casual serious? This is the place to do that. Gio will whip your bum into shape, while making it enjoyable... The gym is small and you won't find meat heads there. I feel like I know everyone, we're all friendly and are there to burn fat, build muscle and get our work out on. Yes, it's more expensive than fitness 19 or planet fitness or whatever cardio selling place you're currently a member of. But all of his equipment is new and clean. Always works, and you don't have to worry about some "dude" staring at your or being a dufus. When I'm there I feel like I'm at home, in my own personal gym and the people around me are my friends. I love that Fierce is small and geared toward their clientele. No big box here with the attitude to go with it. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I love love love looove coming here! Gio, Jeremy and Eric are so talented and invested in my well-being and progress and they're also lots of fun. I visited two larger gyms before settling on this one and the difference was immediate. When I walked into the other gyms, the corporate atmosphere was stifling and I was treated either as invisible or like I was a walking money tree. None of that happened with Gio. The first hour of our initial conversation revolved solely on my workout goals and progress. Within the first week I was happily complaining of wonderfully sore muscles :) The facilities are up-to-date yet small and intimate. No overcrowding or waiting around for weights. The focus at Fierce Fitness is on functional training and true, whole body strength. I have been blown away by how simple yet challenging the workout regimens are and their effectiveness. People here mean business. I started out with the three month coaching program and loved it so much that I renewed for the year program to do some bodybuilding. Whatever you do, GO TO FIERCE FITNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will not regret it. It is a little bit more expensive than your average gym, but the value is there and very worth it. Followed all the steps to quit the gym after I moved out of the area and they still tried charging my card and even sent me to collections. I had to file a counter suite against them through the collections office. They finally stopped trying to charge me. They never answered my phone calls or emails. They are never there during normal business hours. Terrible customer service. read more

If you want to gain strength through a well thought out weight lifting program, this is the gym for you. If you suddenly feel like jumping on a treadmill because it's raining outside, sorry, you can't go to FF. For $300+/month, you can only use the gym when you have an appointment. And once you know your program, your trainer is likely to be working with one or two other people simultaneously. The trainers are friendly and smart, but I missed having access to a gym whenever I want, and while weight lifting is really effective, I like doing other things at a gym, like running and spin classes. I don't think, at this price point and with this program, this is something that you realistically can sustain for more than a year or so. read more

Fierce fitness has a great atmosphere to work out in. Giovanni (owner) and the rest of his staff are excellent trainers and focused on getting you to achieve your fitness goals. I had been working out with his team for over 2 years and they had been extremely useful in getting me in the best shape of my life. I had lost 70 pounds and counting. The weight loss has not only help with my health but has also motivate me to set up more ambitious fitness goals. I just finished a half marathon and I am planing to go for a full one next year. For anyone serious about improving their health and/or improving a more fit lifestyle, Fierce fitness is a great venue to achieve those goals. I highly recommend Giovanni and his team of trainer. As a former professional athlete it was difficult to find a venue that could both challenge me and offer me something new simultaneously. I found just that a fierce when I had had enough of the commercial gyms and their "expert trainers." Fierce has the most knowledgeable trainers who are adaptive in the sense that not one training style is right for everyone. If I could give this place less than one star, I would. I called over a year ago after telling the owner, Gio, that I would not be returning. A year later, I checked and found that they were still withdrawing my account. At no point did I get a heads up about this or anything. I thought an in person statement would be enough. Well he then said he would check with his investors, to which I got the response along the lines of "tough luck". I accepted my loss, responded to their email and state I would like to stop my membership and would be sending a letter. Apparently this was not enough because 9 months later, I found that I was still being charged! I am now waiting to hear back from their investors, but imagine it will be no different than the first time. I am now being informed I should use a certified check. My next step is court. Either way, decent small gym. THE WORST customer service. Avoid at all costs. read more

Unfortunately they did not pick up the package that was sent with proof of change of address, even with email follow ups. This gym isnt your typical run of the mill gym to be compared with BEST FITNESS, FITNESS 19 and all of the others. Its smaller but unique in that its more catered toward individualized personal training and specialized methods to help each person respectively. Its actually more of a personal training facility than anything and a great one at that! Its never crowded and members almost always have access. Youre never waiting on equipment, everything is always super clean and neat, and youre always learning new information and cutting edge methods of health, nutrition and fitness from Gio so youre never bored. Gio helps all types of clients including people with injuries, physical therapy centered sessions, general weight loss as well as trx suspension bands (ive taken the classes here and they were intense!), sports athletes with performance drills, functional dynamic movements and even trains bodybuilders at times. The service youre getting is far beyond your average personal trainer who just simply makes you do the same old routine exercises over and over. Even his workout machines are unique and always reflect the latest research in exercise science and sports science. Its similar to the type of athletic training that team athletes get but having it for your own personal life....you cant beat that! What can I say about "G"? First thing is his unbelievable work ethic. No one else works as hard as Gio (except maybe Jerry Rice)! Gio is a fighter both literally and figuratively. Giovanni has more hustle than Pete Rose. Gio's energy is always high. If you were to look up the word trainer in the dictionary you would see a picture of Giovanni Preziuso "Looking so Gucci" in his model stance. This guy not only practices what he preaches but it's his life style. I mean common now look at him, he's completely ripped, but it is not all about aesthetics with Gio. Gio is a very smart and motivated individual! You find some guys out there that are knowledgeable but then you have rare individuals like Gio who know, understand and have mastery over the material that they present but also have the expertise to artfully explain the information so that his pupils can pick it up quickly. He is always studying himself because he has a dedication to better himself. I firmly believe he put his heart, soul and every molecule of his being into building Fierce Fitness. Gio has left a lasting positive impression on me and to many other people. Gio has this uncanny ability to build a report with you quickly. It seems like everyone he trains he becomes Geo's friend. Gio has a very loyal client base and it's not hard to see why. Gio treats people how they want to be treated but Gio also has a goal in mind for them as well. Geo never lets his people take their eyes off the prize "got a trophy to win". If you don't get pumped up when you train with Gio then you don't have a pulse. You can't teach that quality to a trainer or coach either they have it or they don't.
