Josh really took the time to create an individualized therapy plan tailored specifically to her needs, which made all the difference in her recovery. Ryan immediately started diagnosing my issue, traced pain points, and could tell i was frustrated w my lack of progress at other places . he got right to work and started a holistic and hands-on approach that i had been looking for . what was most impressive is how the team moves like a well-oiled machine . ur never really inactive for more than a couple of minutes . they use a timer system for different treatment cycles, and they vary for ur specific needs . what is great is that one timer goes off, and a new team never shows up to transition u from ur previous treatment to the next pretty seamlessly . i can tell they put a lot of effort and passion into their program, and i'm a convert . no bad things to say ! don't wait, tbh

I have been a patient of Dr. Kimball's since December 2024 for a knee injury that he did 2 surgeries and multiple injections on. The front desk is friendly and helpful, the back office was incredibly helpful dealing with my insurance denials and scheduling. Dr. Kimball himself is one of my favorite doctors I've ever been treated by. He is very calm and friendly which was always helpful for my anxiety. He is empathetic and was very sweet during the few times I couldn't help but cry to him. He is incredibly knowledgeable and confident and answers questions patiently. His work on my knee was everything I could have dreamt it to be and he managed to fix my injury and make it feel as though it almost never happened! I am 27 years old and was very worried I would be held back for the rest of my life by a bad knee but Dr. Kimball has made me hopeful that once I am fully recovered I will be able to do anything I could do before. The only reason I don't give a 5 star review is because you'll probably never get into your appointment at your scheduled time. It regularly takes 20-30 minutes past my appointment to be seated in a room and a few times it has been almost an hour. BUT I don't mind too much because I am always given as much time as I need during my visit and my visits have never felt rushed. That allows for the quality of care that I appreciate so much and I would hope that every patient gets the time and attention they need.

The facility was clean and organized. The staff were very knowledgeable and excelled in their performance. The individual who handles the scheduling and calls is also equally kind and professional. Their bedside manner was fantastic. Typically, if you have to go through physical therapy at this location for a few weeks at a time, you'll encounterdifferent physical therapists from their team. They all coordinate and take turns helping different patients. No matter who is helping you through your physical therapy you will be in exquisite hands. By the end of your treatment, you'll be happy to be rehabilitated, but sad to leave behind this wonderful team. A word of caution : sometimes there's high patient traffic and you might end up doing exercises in your own little corner, but in a large room shared by others. It's not a problem for me personally but it's something you should expect.

Unfortunately, since my orthopedic surgeon's office had not forwarded the referral, the person I ended up speaking with was rather, to my opinion, abrupt, short and rude. I informed her that I was currently driving but did she make any effort to slow down what she was saying???!! Nope!! Then she decided to correct me. Well, I took her info down but when Monday came around, I contacted my orthopedic surgeon and asked for a different list of physical therapy agencies where I can do my PT instead. Luckily for me, this place was not on my insurance network so I had no need to actually pursue this place for my treatment. Can you just imagine how it would've been with that kind of experience on the phone?? I would dread having to come in person. So being proactive, I nipped it before even starting. I'm happy to say I went to a different PT agency and everyone there was so welcoming and helpful.

This was my first experience with PT but I know that you should be watched and shown how to do the exercises not just left in a room with a timer then they come in give you some more this went on and on. I would be told to do for ex. A certain stretch/ hold for 30 seconds and do 5 reps then off he would go. Wouldn't watch and then I would be done and waiting for 5 minutes to 10 minutes after done for him to come back with more exercises what should have taken 20 minutes of exercises took and hour because he was so busy bopping around to other patients. Also I had to re tell to each asst what my injury was and sometimes I would have two helping me in one session. I feel like they should know your injury and read your file before they start to work on you as one came in wanted to have me do a sitting exercise I explained to him I have difficulties sitting and he said " oh what's your injury" after I told him he said"oh no we should not have you sit". Lastly as I was checking out with the receptionist another asst over heard me talking and said "oh your going to need surgery for that PT won't fix that!" Great so the several Drs I have seen and specialist who are hopeful in time I will heal with exercise and PT have all got it wrong and this PT asst who doesn't even know my injury says I need surgery! Needless to say got a referral for a new PT and am hoping for far better results and optimism. Overall I felt like after three sessions here they were just checking the boxes to get paid. At the very least they need to stay with you for a few reps to ensure your form is good and read your patients file!

I had a very disappointing experience at United Therapy Network Magnolia, and I honestly would not…read morerecommend this clinic to anyone who is serious about actually improving through physical therapy. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt depressing and unmotivating. Physical therapy is not just about handing someone exercises -- the atmosphere, the attention, and the quality of care matter. This clinic did not feel like a place that would make someone believe they are going to get better. The front desk was clearly overwhelmed, with only one person trying to manage a waiting room full of patients. When I was called back, the physical therapist appeared to be the only provider there, surrounded by several patients and a few overworked aides. The whole place felt chaotic and understaffed. My evaluation was extremely rushed. I came in for shoulder instability and explained when my symptoms happen, but the assessment was very minimal. I was basically asked to move my arm in a few directions, had it measured, and then was immediately told about how often my insurance would cover visits and that I would mostly be doing exercises. There was barely any hands-on assessment, no meaningful manual testing, and no real attempt to understand what muscles might be tight, weak, restricted, or contributing to the issue. When I asked about manual therapy, I was told they do not really do that there and that the visits would mainly be exercise-based. To me, that is not the kind of physical therapy I was looking for. Manual therapy, passive work, proper hands-on assessment, cueing, and individualized treatment are important parts of care -- especially during an evaluation. It felt like I was being placed into a generic exercise routine rather than actually being evaluated as an individual patient. I also asked if a few extra home exercises could be added for other areas where I have instability. I made it clear that I would do them on my own time and was not asking them to spend extra clinic time on it. The response was that the doctor's referral only mentioned my right shoulder and that I would need another doctor's note. That made the clinic feel very rigid and insurance-driven rather than patient-focused. What concerned me even more was watching other patients exercise with very poor form while the aides were clearly too busy to properly supervise everyone. It looked like the staff was trying their best, but they were stretched way too thin. In physical therapy, bad form can easily make things worse, and patients need attention, corrections, and proper guidance. I also did not understand why heat and ice were used on me when I came in mainly for instability and prevention, not acute inflammation or severe pain. It felt unnecessary and more like a way to fill time than something specifically chosen for my condition. The most frustrating part was when I asked whether each visit could include some manual therapy first, followed by exercises during the remaining time. Instead of trying to work with me, I was basically told they could write a note saying they cannot provide the type of service I need. That was shocking to me, because what I was asking for felt like basic physical therapy care, not something unreasonable. Overall, this clinic felt more like a high-volume operation than a place focused on individualized treatment. The evaluation felt rushed, the care felt generic, the staff seemed overwhelmed, and I left feeling like this was not the right place for someone who wants real, attentive physical therapy. I had read some negative reviews before going in but decided to give the clinic and provider the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, my experience confirmed the concerns I had read about. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who wants thorough care, hands-on treatment, proper supervision, and a real plan to get better.
