I highly recommend Dr. Jeff Kimball and Corona-Temecula Orthopedics in general for your orthopedic care. I have been a patient of Dr. Kimball's since December 2024 for a knee injury that he did 2 surgeries and multiple injections on. The front desk is friendly and helpful, the back office was incredibly helpful dealing with my insurance denials and scheduling. Dr. Kimball himself is one of my favorite doctors I've ever been treated by. He is very calm and friendly which was always helpful for my anxiety. He is empathetic and was very sweet during the few times I couldn't help but cry to him. He is incredibly knowledgeable and confident and answers questions patiently. His work on my knee was everything I could have dreamt it to be and he managed to fix my injury and make it feel as though it almost never happened! I am 27 years old and was very worried I would be held back for the rest of my life by a bad knee but Dr. Kimball has made me hopeful that once I am fully recovered I will be able to do anything I could do before. The only reason I don't give a 5 star review is because you'll probably never get into your appointment at your scheduled time. It regularly takes 20-30 minutes past my appointment to be seated in a room and a few times it has been almost an hour. BUT I don't mind too much because I am always given as much time as I need during my visit and my visits have never felt rushed. That allows for the quality of care that I appreciate so much and I would hope that every patient gets the time and attention they need. read more

This place sucks. I got there today at 9 am for my appointment that I thought was at 9:20. She still checked me in when I got there told me I should be seen soon even though I was early after 40 minutes of waiting went up and asked she said I sure hope you don't have to wait until 1040 for the appointment. I would've left and came back if she would've told me that I wasn't gonna be able to be seen until then.and then after an hour waiting, she told us it would be another 40 minutes so we had to leave. It is so unorganized you guys need to communicate definitely would not recommend. Or get a new staff! We not be returning or recommending you suck. My mother is in pain and you schedule a surgery for her to get without even prescribing her medication for after her partial knee replacement for the pain completely unacceptable and wrong. Unfortunately, my experience with Corona-Temecula Orthopedic Associates has been disappointing--specifically with their phone room. All incoming calls and appointments go through this centralized call center, and the customer service is some of the worst I've encountered. You're treated like just a number, not a patient in need of care. Any sense of medical courtesy or empathy seems to have been completely abandoned. This impersonal approach makes it extremely frustrating to get the help you need. The medical staff may be capable, but the front-end experience seriously undermines the quality of care. Because of this experience, I have decided not to pursue any medical assistance I may need. I will wrap up my fractured arm and take Tynoal. It will heal. read more

This is the worst orthopedic office I've ever experienced. Do not go here. Yes, you will get the initial visit, but it gets ugly after that. You will never be able to reach them again. No one can reach them. Your insurance can't reach them. The pharmacy can't reach. No one. Which means everything will get dragged out for weeks and weeks. The front office is completely unprofessional. You can't go here. Please. Don't do it. I literally had y to drive down to the office just to speak to someone since they don't answer the phone. They still couldn't simply pick up the phone, call the pharmacy and verify their location and prescription. That's all we needed..... While I'm in the office; another client came in with the exact same complaint. His wife was in pain following surgery, and they've been trying for weeks to get in touch with the office. Saw Dr. Sayed on Monday May 11th. My appointment was at 9:30am. Wasn't seen till 10:30am. After my visit, I was supposed to receive two prescriptions and a physical therapy referral. I was told to wait till the afternoon, the same day for my pharmacy to receive the prescriptions. When I called the pharmacy to see if they were ready, I was told they haven't received the orders. So I waited a little longer, called back, same answer. So I waited till the next day. Called, same answer. Now I figured something was wrong, so I tried calling the doctors office. I went through the automated system and wasn't able to get in touch with anyone. So I called back and was supposedly transferred to the front desk, but when the person answered the phone, it was pretty obvious I wasn't talking to the front desk. I was told by the agent that a message would be sent to the doctor and I should wait for a call back. So I did. I waited the entire day. NOTHING. Called my pharmacy, still nothing. Its now May 14th and I have tried to get in touch with Dr. Sayed and his office staff every day, I have called 56 times and left 14 messages with the call center and not one response. At this point I have given up and will never be returning to this office or its partners. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB and reporting the charges as a scam because that's exactly what this is. I was promised to receive care for the money I paid and I was instead ghosted. Based on the other reviews, I can see I'm not the only one. AVOID THIS PLACE. I am also reporting this to ABC 7, NBC 4 AND FOX 11 NEWS. I AM ALSO REPORTING THIS TO THE MEDICAL BOARD SO DR. SAYED IS INVESTIGATED. HE IS CLEARLY SCAMMING PATIENTS. read more

I just needed to use the restroom. From what my mom experienced with just trying to get someone to answer the phone, it didn't surprise me. First off there's no sign as to where the bathroom is. Good luck trying to get an appointment here. prepare to spend HOURS waiting on hold, only to get disconnected before the option to leave a message occurs. The message center is needlessly complicated. make sure to hit # THEN listen for instructions to actually leave the message. If you do succeed, don't expect a callback. If you DO manage to see a doctor, you'll be fine, but getting through to the operator is FIENDISHLY difficult. read more

The front desk has stopped answering calls. after waiting for someone to answer for several minutes it then asks you to leave a message with my phone number. Nobody returns my calls. I then go in person to make my appointment but the front desk is not helpful. They said I do not have an active referral. My PCP obtains a referral and sends it to them. i go in again In person because nobody answers the phone. They say they cannot find my new referral, but do find an a recent referral from April that expires in a week. They are still not able to schedule me for an appointment. I go back to my PCP and get a hard copy of my latest referral that is definitely on the system. I will try my luck again and hope I do not get deleted by Corona Orthopedic Associates. read more

Dr. Roghani and his staff are warm and professional, and Dr. made sure I understood the procedure and my recovery expectations. I hurt myself at work and was referred to this office from Corona Regional Hospital. I called them last Thursday to follow-up, and heard nothing from Brenda, the gal that is designated for Workers Compensation cases. I heard nothing back from Brenda on Friday, so I called the office today and left a message at 10am. I followed up at 2pm and was told that they aren't accepting new patients as of last Friday. Ok, what am I missing here? They left ten minutes early? I called again later and had to sit through a long and outdated voice-mail regarding Covid. They always overbook. Sometimes Dr. Baum's appointments are 2 months out. I've had 2 appointments where a telemeeting could have sufficed. The office staff are pleasant. Dr. Baum needs to work on his bedside manners. He called me an addict because I was still on pain meds 5 months after my surgery. He didn't know I heard him, but he told his PA's that I "was a mess." I'm very disappointed in his disrespect to his patients and lack of professionalism. What happened to his hippocratic oath? I've had 3 appointments cancelled because of "emergency surgery." He did my knee replacement surgery and I still have pain, stiffness and swelling in my knee. He gets defensive when I try to discuss my symptoms. I do not recommend him. read more

My mom received an authorization to see this orthopedic clinic. She has lupus and had two strokes, now in a wheelchair paralyzed left side. Has developed arthritis confirmed and x-rays. I prefilled her new patient forms and we were prepared prior to the appointment. 1-Today was her initial visit. Prior to her arrival, I called About 10 times couldn't get through. Finally was able to go through after being placed on a long hold multiple times. 2-staff is very unprofessional and rude. Caregiver took my mom to the appt. caregiver only speaks Spanish however New patient forms have my contact info so they can call me while at her visit and communicate with me directly. Staff calls me yelling at me because they thought the caregiver and my mom left and they couldn't be found and even complained about the caregiver not speaking English when they know there is a written request to communicate through me. The whole time my mom and caregiver were in the back office waiting in a room to be seen by the doctor! Both front and back office have no clue of what their doing no communication between both. Idiots! 3-Finally after waiting an hour to be seen by the doctor, Dr. Locke walks in. Spends 10 minutes explaining her diagnosis that we already knew because we had already received results of the x-ray readings. States because of her condition there's nothing he can do no surgery and only recommended the Voltaren gel and maybe some physical therapy. When I asked about what we should expect in the future with her health due to this diagnosis, Totally ignored my question and repeated himself about the gel and PT. Dismissed my question completely. What has health care come to be! This is the kind of care and customer service received by this clinic staff and physicians. They don't care! You wait a long time to be seen to only spend minimal time when you actually see the physician. This doctor looked at my mom and her condition and treated her like she was unworthy to receive his extra professional recommendations and suggestions responses to our questions. Had it been a healthy individual without strokes, lupus, arthritis, this Doctor would have been more attentive. When do doctors or I should say at what point in their careers do doctors become numb and not truly really care for individuals seeking help and answers?! It becomes a daily routine for them, in and out of visits, getting paychecks. After years it's not so rewarding to them. There are very few special physicians that never lose sight of why they became a physician, to help those in need of help and to truly care. This is not one of those offices. Call your health plan! Ask questions about what other orthopedic providers are in your net work. you have options. read more

Was seen through Community Care as a medically retired veteran. The office has rude recepionist in both locations as I've been to both to see Dr. Locke. The minimal invasive surgery didn't go well and after having more issues and follow-up appointment that a resident in training always comes in to treat or go over my knee issues. Needless to say I never consented to having a resident see me and practice, I was supposed to be seen by Dr. Locke. This drags out the appointment and makes the communication horrible. read more

First off, I went only after 2 days after a severe trauma. I get to see a PA. This guy says to me, why am I in so much pain. Seriously? Next I go to PT, where there is a problem. If I could go back, I would have taken the two-star rating of this orthopedic office and gone somewhere else. To keep it simple , I called to make an appointment and specifically asked to see one of their orthopedic doctors , because my son had already been seen by a PA (physicians assistant) , at an urgent care. So they scheduled a last minute appointment. On our arrival I was not impressed with front staff and then my son was seen by a PA . This appointment was a waste of time and money , and we ended up going to another medical center where an orthopedic doctor saw my sons X-ray and noted additional fractures to his hand that neither PA had seen. I find it very nervy to charge specialist rates and not even see a doctor. This is disappointing because we live so close to Corona Orthopaedic office , but I would rather pay the extra fees to be seen by a professionally staffed front office and see a specialized doctor. When I called the office , I was told I was being charged the rate I agreed , my response was the rate was agreed , but you did not fulfill your agreement . Somewhere in the fine print the office girl said they had , so I am figuring customer satisfaction is not a priority. read more

Twice in one week I had to take my mother to this awfully unprofessional unorganized facility. Not only did they make my Mother wait an hour an a half for X-rays and call her by the wrong name (HIPPA) let alone assumed she had an appointment that day. After I repeatedly told them I just need her X-rays for her follow up appointment. I needed to know where to take her they offered to take them there. Nancy the supervisor heard the whole thing and gave me her number directly. Then I had to call because there was a CT ordered that was mistakenly added to her order form. That was stated from corona comprehensive imaging that they called the office and spoke to the MA ROSALIA. I get a ROSALIA on the line whom got quite defensive the minute she answered the phone. Not only was she talking about my situation to her colleagues which I heard as they laughed. She transferred the call without telling me or thought she hung up. I get her again on the line when I asked her about speaking about my situation she said "WHAT DO YOU NEED" I said speak to Nancy the supervisor before I could say Nancy gave me her number to speak directly yet wasnt returning my calls. ROSALIA then said "Nancy is our billing supervisor you have no business speaking to her I'm disconnecting the call now" and hung up on me. The rudest people on customer service!!!
