With a big summer ahead, we were worried he would miss out on playing. Thanks to the incredible therapists here, he is now feeling amazing and is completely pain-free. Their expertise, care, and dedication made all the difference in his recovery. Unfortunately, my insurance did not cover the treatment, but it was worth every penny. We were hesitant about him returning to baseball, but now he is back on the field and doing great. We will definitely return whenever we're in town to help keep up with his recovery and overall health. Thank you for everything you've done for our family

The experience started before we even arrived. I called ahead to confirm that they accepted our insurance, and it took about three days to get a response. When we visited as potential new patients, the front desk receptionist came across as unwelcoming, and I also received an uncomfortable side-eye from someone sitting in one of the offices. The overall atmosphere did not feel particularly warm or inviting. We asked for a tour of the facility so we could get a better sense of the practice before committing to treatment. The request seemed to feel like we were asking for too much. We were shown the room in general and the water dispenser, but it hardly felt like a thoughtful introduction to the facility or the patient experience. I also asked if we could briefly meet the doctor. He was there at the time, but we were told he was not available. I understand that providers have busy schedules and certainly do not expect someone to drop everything for us. However, when a prospective patient is considering a course of treatment that could amount to around $10,000 between insurance and out-of-pocket expenses, I would expect the initial experience to be considerably more welcoming, attentive, and professional. First impressions matter, particularly when you are deciding who to trust with your health and making a significant financial commitment. Unfortunately, the in-person experience did not live up to the strong impression Kinematics creates online, and we left without feeling confident about moving forward. Experiences like this really make me miss my previous physical therapy practice, FORMA in Newport Beach, where I felt genuinely welcomed and valued as a patient. The difference in the overall patient experience was noticeable.

The facility was clean and organized. The staff were very knowledgeable and excelled in their performance. The individual who handles the scheduling and calls is also equally kind and professional. Their bedside manner was fantastic. Typically, if you have to go through physical therapy at this location for a few weeks at a time, you'll encounterdifferent physical therapists from their team. They all coordinate and take turns helping different patients. No matter who is helping you through your physical therapy you will be in exquisite hands. By the end of your treatment, you'll be happy to be rehabilitated, but sad to leave behind this wonderful team. A word of caution : sometimes there's high patient traffic and you might end up doing exercises in your own little corner, but in a large room shared by others. It's not a problem for me personally but it's something you should expect.

I came in recovering from OATS knee surgery, which isn't a common procedure, but the team had seen it before. They knew how to help me and customized every session to my specific needs. I worked with two therapists, Michael and Andrei, and both were equally outstanding. I owe a significant part of my recovery to them. Ruben Salinas was great too, checking in on my progress along the way. They didn't just understand what I needed clinically, they were human and personable throughout. I genuinely looked forward to going in. Surgery and PT are tough. They made a difficult process manageable, encouraged me, and coached me through every step. Technically, they're sharp. They know their stuff, they listen, and they show up prepared every session. You don't feel like you're being shuffled through a process, which is what most PT environments feel like. If you're thinking about coming here, don't hesitate. Quality people, real professionals, top-notch. Now that I'm recovered, I honestly miss the regular interactions with the staff. That's how good these folks are.

Michael was my PT for a few months before the holidays took over and was absolutely the best experience I've ever had. Michael took the time to explain to me what was actually going on with my shoulder through the years, providing more clarity than any doctor ever has. His exercises and overall care plan were great. Once things settle down and my schedule frees up again, planning to get back on a schedule with Michael and team. Can't recommend Salinas/Michael enough!

I am leaving this review in hopes that the business owner and staff will use it as an opportunity to improve services for our community. Over the past three months, I made repeated attempts to connect with Learning Tree for an intake appointment. I left multiple voicemails and submitted the online intake form, and received no response at any point. After months of silence, I decided to stop by in person while running errands nearby. When I arrived, the front office was unstaffed. I could hear staff upstairs -- footsteps and conversation -- and called out several times hoping someone would come down to assist me. After waiting several minutes with no response, I called the office phone number. It rang through to voicemail, and still no one came downstairs to answer. When two receptionists eventually came to the front, I explained my three months of unanswered outreach. I was told that my intake form had likely been misrouted to the wrong location and that they had no record of my voicemails. I also noticed that the missed call I had placed while waiting in the lobby was visible on their phone -- yet neither receptionist made any attempt to return that call. I chose not to mention that it was me who had called, as I wanted to observe whether callbacks were part of their standard practice. It appears they are not. While I was being helped, the other receptionist took a phone call. Based on what I overheard, the caller on that line had also been waiting for a callback since November after submitting an interest form. The receptionist acknowledged this and said she would follow up -- though I was unable to confirm whether she did so before I left. I want to be clear: I am not writing this review out of frustration alone. I genuinely hope this feedback reaches the right people and leads to meaningful changes. Families and individuals seeking services from Learning Tree deserve timely communication and a welcoming, staffed front office. I encourage the owner to review intake routing, voicemail monitoring, callback procedures, and front desk coverage so that community members are not left waiting months for a response -- or standing unattended in the lobby.
