The staff here is super friendly and helpful! I have been a patient for a while now and have experienced nothing but professionalism and supportive guidance throughout my recovery. When I was first referred, the front desk went out of their way to contact my surgeon's office to track down my missing referral. (my Surgeon's office staff forgot to send it over) Both of my physical therapists Brandon and Dylan as well as the assistant are all great. My overall experience with physical therapy was not satisfactory. I felt that the level of supervision was inadequate. The PT aides or asst. were often not attentive & appeared to be socializing with other staff rather than closely monitoring patients. As a result, I was frequently left to perform exercises on my own without proper guidance, which made me uncertain whether I was doing d exercises correctly or safely. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of care and don't feel the sessions were beneficial to my recovery. read more

As a health care provider whose clinic frequently refers patients here, I am extremely disappointed in how this place treated my wife. A month or two after my wife went there for PT we received a bill what All Star claimed was for the what the insurance did not cover what a number of copays they claimed were not paid at the time of service. My wife showed proof from our bank of the receipts showed that she paid ALL of the copays. Long story short, their corporate office NEVER called back to clarify the matter even after leaving numerous messages (they never picked up the phone). I will NEVER refer patients there again and I will make sure to tell ALL of the physicians in the clinic I work at (125+ doctors) to NEVER refer patients here!! read more

I have been treated before at All Star for chronic pain due to a very old neck injury and my experience had been so positive that I returned when my Pain Doctor suggested I go back to PT after having taken a few months off. My mistake was to not stop my evaluaction when I saw that Jace would be working with me and not Jim, who I've worked with before with great results. I had to start from the beginning again, being evaluated and getting a program of treatment going. Jace was very short with me, not listening, and was only with me for about 4 minutes that included him asking me to move in ways I can't due to having metal in my neck now but insisting I try to move that way anyway. After that, several different aids came in with various exercises that would have set me backward had I tried them. And instead of coming to talk to me -- to let me explain myself or for him to explain why he insisted on these certain exercises -- I was told my appointment was over with no explanation as to why, and that I shouuld leave. It was clear to me that I was being discarded, that Jace had no use for me if I didn't blindly do everything he ordered without speaking up for myself. With great frustration, I made an appointment a few days later with Jim and it was Jim who told me that Jace had sent me back to Pain Management -- who had sent me to PT in the first place. Jace sent in that report to Medicare without ever speaking with me again after the initial intake. This is not how you deal with patients, certainly not a chronic pain patient who is not there to be healed but to get help in continuing to function as best as I can with my limitations. But Jace wasn't interested in speaking to me about my limitations, expectations or what I needed from PT at that point. Jace had treated me twice before and had been excessively aggresive with his means of therapy. He left me in pain that took me days to work past. Jim suggested I wait a few weeks and come back to see him but I don't need to be where I am unwelcome or where I am shown no respect or consideration about how well I know my own needs. So, I should have rescheduled with Jim but didn't. If you decide to use All Star, I would strongly suggest you only ask for Jim and strongly suggest everyone beware of Jace. read more

My name is Karen, I was in a life threatening car accident which left me with alot of health issues thru out my body. I have been in pt almost 15 yrs, and at All Star almost 7 yrs. I have read prior reviews, every body has an opinion, the therapist may have had a bad day, I have never found it hard to get ahold of them, they have been their for me, they give 3 or 4 days of relief and the pain comes back, you have to put effort into your physical therapy, you can not expect them to do all the work. It is a team effort, Jim is my pt he is great, you know you can ask to see some one else if you don't mesh with the person that gets you. They are very accomodating and helpful, the office is clean, the work is done, I mean the paper work is done in a timely fashion, for the insurance. I have become friends with them. I've been to physical therapy on and off for 6 years now. No doctor has impressed me more then Dr. Courtney Jensen. Her positive spirit and willingness to try different approaches to solving my problems was top notch. Unfortunately the fear of catching Covid-19 has gotten the better of me and I won't be returning for the near future. However let it be known it wasn't because of the staff and Dr. Jensen. read more

I was diagnosed with arthritis in my hip a few months ago. I was hoping that I could get sessions with the previous PT provider that I've gone to in the past, so I was kind of disappointed that I had to go to a new place. But All Star Physical Therapy has shown that it is definitely up to par. The exercises they have me doing there, and the ones they gave me to do at home, have made a huge difference in my recovery, and I'm back to being able to do a lot of things before the onset of arthritis. After having back surgery for an injury I had, I was referred to All Star Physical Therapy in Corona. The reception staff was amazing in setting up my appointments and handled all the paperwork efficiently. The therapy staff was amazing as well. Every session I was greeted by a friendly staff member and a smile. They were on top of all the exercises assigned by my therapist. I have to give a special thank you to Yaz. She was always very friendly, helpful and supportive. I saw how attentive she was toward myself and the other patients. I came to All Star Physical therapy for the first time wondering if this place was going to be like Kaiser or Rancho PT since it didn't have any reviews on Yelp but my Primary Care Dr advised me to give them a chance saying they have been getting many good services from his patients that have come back to update him. After my first visit I can be totally confident and extremely happy to inform everyone that I have hope of improving my condition. With Emily treating me one on One with her stretching my back the way she did, I felt the greatest relief in that one day than in the last few months of treatments alone. She releases all the knots on my neck and lower back. Being at that place and meeting some of the workers there makes me appreciate all the hard work they are doing. I have been coming to All Star Physical Therapy for a few months now. The staff is incredible. From the first phone call to every visit, they are friendly and personable, they care and treat you with respect and concern. They have all done wonders on treating my condition, especially Sam (she is amazing). I look forward to going and getting my treatments. Everyone there feels like family. I have been going to Allstar PT for a few weeks after having my second total knee replacement. They have excellent hands on physical therapy . I went to Rancho PT after my first knee replacement in January . They have aids looking at your chart on a computer and they tell you what to do next and there was only 2 times that an actual therapist even touched you with any kind of manipulation at all out of 16 visits. You also have to keep waiting and trying to get their attention between exercises . Go to Allstar for great PT !! read more

All Star really helped my wrists. Some days they hurt so bad I wanted to give up. The Therapists are knowledgeable and actually care about seeing you heal. I don't have trouble getting appointments and they are flexible. I would definitely recommend them! read more
