She makes everything look effortless in her demonstrations before each set of exercises and provides alternatives and modifications as needed. I am constantly surprised by how much stronger I am than when I first started this journey. In addition, I have loved her step aerobics classes. They are not your mom's step aerobics. At OTF, there's treadmills, rowers and the weight floor. You can choose where you want to start, or let the front desk pick for you. The space is a little smaller than Chelmsford, but it's convenient because I can jump into class right after work. Also, most days run classes until 6:30 unlike the other branch I go to. After attending a month's worth of classes, I can definitely say that their theory works (stay in orange/red zone long enough and you'll continue burning after class). Almost forgot, if you sign up for a class and miss it, there's a $15 fee! That's one way to stay accountable!
