My goal in May 2017 was to take my fitness journey to another level with flexibility, strength, and be more healthier. Thanks to Drake as my personal trainor since then, I've achieved that and much more every week. Plus just recently my biometric screening now shows that I'm four years younger than my actual age. For someone in their mid-50's that is a rewarding accomplishment for myself but this could not have been done without Drake giving me that extra push during our weekly 1 hour personal training sessions. My biggest goal this year was to work on my lower body and flexibility. I am so thankful for having Drake as a trainer. I have been working with him for about 2 months now and I have seen significant improvements especially with my flexibility. He tailors the workouts to your specific goals and every workout is a challenge and I come out of there sweating so much and learning so many different exercises I have never tried before. I do enjoy as well that he writes down all the exercises and how many sets we do and sends an email to me about our workout. We were so lucky to meet Drake. My husband & I hired him to work with our teenage son who needed to put some weight on and learn how to fully utilize the gym.
