We were there for a difficult situation and everyone involved absolutely made sure the process was as comfortable as it can be. They listened to our concerns. Explained everything in detail. Gave us room to make decisions. They didn't pressure or rush us. It was truly a collaborative effort and breath of fresh air. No arrogance, no condescension, no belittling, no interruptions. Amazing bad side manner. Even the staff went above and beyond. As a person with complicated health problems who has had traumatic experiences with arrogant doctors, I can say I was pleasantly surprised with our experience. Not being aware that Sepsis in 2019 had contributed to declining physical and emotional health, I was finally diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure in late 2025. The decision was made to move to Assisted Living. What I did not know was that the Executive Director, Jonathan Fetsko, and my brother made the decision that a minimal amount of my personal effects would be moved to the new apartment because what I had in the original would be overwhelming! Hair brushes, hand vacuums, etc.... The list goes on! I feel like I am being held hostage by the vagaries of the individuals involved. Hitler was the last century. An Addendum: I thought I had reached an understanding with Fetsko that I would be able to give a friend of mine the remainder of my personal belongings that would not be allowed in Assisted Living only to find there was no guarantee that they would still be there!!!!! I'm still waiting for Housekeeping to clean my apartment, wash my laundry, etc. which was due yesterday.

They will lower the beds All the way down to the floor also, they have a Roach and Ant problem. This was totally dismissed when reported! Albert is Supposed to be the Unit Nurse Manager and the ONLY thing he does every day all day is walk around like a zombie and when a great concern was bought to his attention regarding a patient being mishandled in the shower by one of their care assistance, he 100% ignored us and Absolutely Nothing was done about it!! Christopher Lofton the facility administrator said that he would see what he could do about possibly having bed Rails installed. He is no doubt proven to be uncaring and flat out was untruthful when he knew nothing was going to be done about it. Cion, the So-Called Social Worker asked if my family member needed a hospital bed delivered at home on the very first day of checking in. Who does that! She also purposely stays hidden during the entire day. She was NEVER true to her words! 99.9% of the Nurses and Assistant's are of African decent and they simply take up for each other. We can't fail to mention, the FOOD there is the Worst Ever!! One of the chef's sits on the far side of the building facility and smokes Marijuana in his car on his break with the door open. It's No wonder the food is horrendous and unhealthy with cholesterol laced eggs EVERY MORNING and, all too often many people complained that the food dishes were unrecognizable!
