Instead of having me interview at the Sunny Isles location, they had me drive over an hour to the Brickell location. Once I got there, both the lady at the front desk and the manager I was about to interview with were both very cold and rude but I didn't think much of it. She then proceeded to ask me two questions during the interview, the first being my prior work experience and then asking whether I knew Spanish. I was struggling to understand her English because she had a strong accent and I said that I was new to the area and still learning it. She then ended the interview very abruptly and muttered "why do they keep sending people here that don't know Spanish?" I was shocked because the interview had lasted less than three minutes and asked if there was anything else I could do. She said no and dismissed me. I messaged the original coordinator who I had the zoom interview with explaining what happened and they proceeded to ghost me. This entire experience was incredibly unprofessional as they could've asked about my language capabilities any time from my initial application to the zoom interview but instead had me drive over an hour each way just to ask two questions. The way it was handled was also very disrespectful and caused me to leave the place sobbing since it was the worst interview experience I've ever had. I would imagine if this is how they treat their interviewees and future team members that they treat their customers even worse. Don't waste your time here.

ClassPass showed my appointment for Wednesday, but the office called me on Tuesday asking where I was. After that was sorted out, they contacted me again on the day of my appointment--less than two hours before my scheduled 6 p.m. session--to tell me that my time slot was no longer available and that I would need to come earlier instead. I adjusted my schedule, but when I arrived, I still had to wait another 15 minutes because the massage therapist was late. The massage itself was unlike any I've experienced. The table was uncomfortable and squeaked throughout the session. The massage felt unstructured, with the pressure constantly switching between extremely hard and extremely light. I rarely felt any actual muscle work with the therapist's fingers--instead, it was almost entirely elbows, knuckles, or palms. More than half the session was also done while the therapist was sitting in a chair. After the massage my ribs and neck were both sore. I've been getting massages for 15-20 years, and my mother was a massage therapist, so I've experienced many different techniques. This was, unfortunately, the worst massage I've had. I hope the business improves both its scheduling and the training of its massage therapists. Even visiting a well-established clinic like Massage & Spa or another reputable spa for comparison could help provide a better sense of how a structured deep tissue massage should feel.

No one offered me a robe or a chance to change out of my sweaty clothes. I was placed on a bed for about two hours without even a pillow under my knees, and now I'm dealing with back pain because of it. The most upsetting part is that I ended up paying for a full-face Ultherapy treatment, but they only worked on my jawline and slightly touched my eyebrows. That is NOT a full-face treatment. When I called to complain, the manager, Margarita, insisted they were completely right and claimed that what I received was "full face." After speaking with my plastic surgeon, I confirmed that a true full-face Ultherapy treatment should include cheeks, forehead, jawline, and chin. What makes this even worse is the inconsistency. First, they strongly insisted that I pay for and receive a full-face treatment. I even sent photos showing that they were wrong. Then, in an email, they suddenly stated they would refund me $180 because I only received a lower face treatment. Now I am even more confused, so which is it? Is it really acceptable to charge $1,470 for just a jawline treatment? This contradiction only confirms that they misrepresented the service from the beginning.
