Bevin does have a lot of strength and gets to the point. Yet at the same time she is extremely respectful of your body's limits and helping you work through the tough stuff. Also - Bevin started out as a massage therapist. So you can go for a massage instead, if you're not feeling up to the rolfing. It's a great way to start with her. Bevin's also really skilled at coaching you on how to hold your posture and move your body more effectively. You have an active role in your healing and it's very empowering.
