So now that I'm 40, I've noticed my metabolism just isn't what it used to be. I started exercising and eating cleaner but I just wasn't seeing those results and I was getting discouraged. My experience was terrible. The Tanita machine was often out of order, affecting my ability to track results. One light was often broken, complicating scheduling. Different staff members measured me and the process of measuring was not uniform. Due to the differences in staff, there was inconsistent application of the light treatment. Additionally, the Balancer Pro was utilized inconsistently. My inquiries to the company often went unanswered which prompted me to open a case with the Better Business Bureau.
