Best Best Bestest(if that word is possible) Gym. Actually I really don't wanna call it a GYM as the workout we do there is nothing like gym(atleast for me). I'm not saying that workout there is easy( it's no way near easy). The team will make you sweat like you have never before. They make workout so fun to do. I have been in a lot of boot camps and this boot camp is not your ordinary or typical one. I gained a lot of weight after my divorce and my uncle's death, so I needed to get back in shape. Adrian, Fawad, and Justin are not only coaches but they are mentors, teachers, and MOTIVATORS in your weight loss journey. Adrian is my coach who checks my measurements and he is always checking on me and making sure I log my food ( he is hilarious!!!!!) actually Fawad and Justin are as well super funny. These guys do not play!!! they want to make sure everyone is performing well and making sure everyone is doing the workouts correctly. The fun part of this boot camp is that you will NEVER GET BORED WHILE WORKING OUT. EVERY DAY there is a different workout and COOL MUSIC !!!!! and honestly, I am pretty shocked and amazed at the variety and fun workouts that they come up with. They also incorporate boxing which is my favorite. This boot camp is so worth it. When I found myself discouraged and about to give up these guys believed in me and continue to push me to do my best. It is very important that you find someone to motivate you and continuously check on you during this hard process. These guys are impacting the lives of many people. I love how every month our coaches come up with a reflection sheet and a new goal. He always pays attention to my form which is what I look for the most in a trainer since I have exercises that sometimes need modification. After I had my two sons and was no longer nursing and carting them around for playdates, I finally made a deal with myself to get back into shape. My highest weight was around 145 lbs. and had the tummy to prove it! I first tried 24 hr. Fitness and it didn't work out for me. I was finding every excuse in the book to not go. The other problem when I did - I was always doing the same workout - bike for 20 minutes, run on treadmill for 20 minutes, and finish off with elliptical for 20 minutes, three to four days a week. Also, I put off going in to get a workout more times than I can count. However, it wasn't until a friend who introduced me to Fawad about 5 years ago. Since then, it is obvious that Fawad loves what he does and finds how to make it relevant in our lives. Whether it is helping you understand how to improve on your form, eating smart, he's going to tell it like it is. (Sometimes you have to hear the truth if you really want change.) OMG....where do I begin! This is my Happy Place! I couldn't imagine where I would be if I didn't have Body Evo in my life! Actually, I know where I would prob be...making excuses of not having any time to workout, being overweight and unhappy! It's been over 2 years now that I have been attending BE. I was turned on to this place from my bestie,who told me to give 'em a chance. So I did! I go every day after work in the evening and every Saturday morning...with my girlie monica of course. The ladies in my office always comment they wish they had the drive that I have to workout everyday! I couldn't imagine my life not working out! Since joining Body Evo I have experienced such a transformation in myself, not only weightloss (lost 43 lbs over the last 2.5 yrs! ), but my body is more toned, I'm Stronger (yeah, I can actually do push-ups on my toes now...no more knees), gained self confidence, but more importantly I have learned that I matter and it's OK to take time for myself to make a better ME! I have Psoriatic Arthritis, but have improved my condition dramatically. From time to time I do get a flare-up and the trainers work with me to modify my workouts. I just had my first child, and I worked out with the BE trainers the entire pregnancy. With their help, I avoided gestational diabetes and preeclampsia, both of which are common in my family. They we're knowledgeable and experience with helping me achieve my health goals while pregnant. I credit BE with the health of my extremely strong baby girl, and with my quick recovery after pregnancy. I have been attending Body Evolution since they opened and I still love it. I have been training here since the doors first opened about 2 years ago and couldn't imagine my life without BE. Fawad, Adrian, Justin and David truly make working out FUN! The team is professional and highly knowledgeable who wants you to reach your goals. They can even help with meal plans and measurements. I love that the workouts are different everyday from leg day to cardio day to boxing, you always walk away drenched in sweat but feeling a 100% :). I've been a member for two years now and have attended 535 sessions to date at Body Evolution. I'm not sick of them yet. Lol! How could I be? It's such a fun and welcoming place. I've mentioned in my previous review how awesome the trainers are. Fawad, Adrian, Justin, and David are still awesome. They keep it real. They motivate and help you reach your fitness goals. They keep the workouts interesting and it's always something different every day. Never a dull day at BE! Have the workouts gotten more difficult since I first started? Absolutely. The trainers adjust the difficulty level of the exercises to match the individual. If you have any health issues (bad back, knees, etc) the exercises are adjusted as well. Awesome, love this place. I was looking for a personal trainer and it was getting too expensive. When I went in at Body Evolution to talk about my fitness goals for the first time, they welcomed with warm greetings and smiles... which has continued even after I joined. They have very enthusiastic trainers, and every day workout is different concentrating on giving a whole body exercise. They are very practical and honest, so its easy to trust them. And all this for a fraction of the price you will pay a Personal trainer. I personally like to work out in a small group instead of me alone as it keeps you motivated and you end up pushing yourself looking at people. Its not too different from personal training as they have the ratio of 5 people assigned to 1 trainer. They give personal attention to each individual, you cannot escape their attention :P they will catch you if you cheat. I hate the gym. I've wasted hundreds of dollars on gym memberships. I invested here at Body Evolution and it was the best decision I could have made. The workouts are challenging for sure, but you feel great afterwards. Sadly, due to medical reasons...I'm no longer able to complete the intense workouts. But I highly recommend this place and the trainers are excellent. They're funny and they make the work out fun. I miss this place and hopefully I'll be able to come back in the future. First off, the trainers Adrian, Fawad and Justin are genuinely nice, courteous and very professional. I've always been a cardio junkie like so many women and just got tired of spending countless hours on the treadmill while seeing minimal results. This is my first time trying a full body, high intensity workout and the trainers have made the transition super smooth. They are very knowledgeable, bring in a lot of energy and are so encouraging! I am not saying the workouts are easy, but they are scaled to accommodate people of different ages and fitness abilities so achieving my fitness goals @ BE is so much fun and not a chore. The workouts are always different, so there's an element of surprise everyday. The exercises are tweaked if you have any injuries which is a huge plus for folks like me. They work with you to clean up your diet, so you know it's not just the physical exercise but what you put on your plate -like two sides of a coin. I've been coming in here for close to 2 months , and I already see noticeable results! I never thought I'd see the day that I would actually look forward to a work out. I hesitated to join at first thinking a membership at 24 hr would be sufficient. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. It's honestly everything you'll ever need from a workout and more. Fawad has been my trainer for almost 2 years now (first at Perfect Balance before he opened up his own place, which many of his clients, including me, were super excited about) and he is the best trainer I've EVER had! He pushes you hard but still does a really good job of knowing your limits and he has created such a fun/entertaining environment at Body Evolution that all of us look forward to the workouts (which I know is huge for me since I always dreaded going to the gym). The rest of the team here is amazing too. Fawad, Justin, Adrian, and David all have such different personalities and they are all so wonderful and fun to be around. I like that all of them are excellent at correcting your form when needed or providing any other useful workout tips throughout the classes, especially since I have been to gyms before where maybe half the trainers paid attention at this level of detail. Anyone can go through the motions, but if you're not doing it correctly, it makes the biggest difference, and the trainers at BE always walk around and fix what needs fixing. It makes it burn a little more, but in the end, it's totally worth it - and at least you know you're doing it right. :) The workouts have a ton of variety, which is so great. It helps the time go by quicker, and regardless of the workouts for that particular day, you will be sweating up a storm by the time class is over. They will make muscles burn that you didn't even know existed, and they always keep the workouts fresh. They will occasionally throw in some boxing which is a favorite of many, myself included :) The team is also fantastic about changing the workouts according to your personal needs. For example, I have tendonitis in my wrists, so they always give me alternate workouts when needed to prevent me from injuring them further. They will also measure your inches and body fat percentage, which is an added bonus. I would recommend doing that monthly to stay on top of it. If you're not seeing results from the workouts - chances are you need a change in your diet, and the team at BE may ask you to keep a food log to help get you back on track. In a nutshell, I can't rave enough about this place - LOVE the trainers, LOVE the workouts, LOVE the music, LOVE the timings of the classes, and did I mention, I love the trainers?! Before I even stepped into the gym, like most people, I first wondered, "How am I going to be compared to everyone else? Will I embarrass myself with my lack of finesse? Is there a supportive environment to help me as I huff and puff while trying to improve myself?" It may be so much easier to hide at home, in front of the TV with your favorite snack in your lap, but after being a client at Body Evolution for the past year and a half, I have never - not once - ever regretted getting off that couch and going to class. Like most people, it is so much easier to find an excuse to not go to the gym, but once I entered, I knew this was not your typical "gym." BE is a true community of trainers and workout friends that all support each other, regardless of your goal. I personally lack the self-motivation to push myself, which is why independent places like 24 or at-home workouts, do not work for me because I will always take the easy way out. A flaw for sure, but at least one I'm willing to admit. I definitely need someone to encourage me to do more than I think I am capable of, without being a drill sergeant, and these guys have the supportive, but tough love going on that I need, yet adapt to each person's individual personality. When I show up at Body Evolution, I appreciate how there are regular trainers who know me, my personality, and bits about my life to show they are invested in me as a person. They all work together to make sure if I'm having a sore spot, to be careful of injuries, or if I'm dragging that day, then I need that extra push. Besides the trainers, they have set up an environment of camaraderie amongst all of us that whenever I go to a class, I don't worry if my "friends" are there, because there is always someone to talk (aka commiserate) with, or at least a smiling face to encourage you when all you want to do is just collapse! I am not always the most social person, but it seems whenever I go, I always end up laughing, and having a great time despite the sweat dripping off of me because every client is there for the same reason - to make themselves better. It is not a competition, and they never make you feel like you have to compare yourself with anybody else. Each workout is given as a whole, but they definitely make sure they individualize it based on someone's ability level. At this point, my workouts are sacrosanct, and I see them like another job - the job of focusing on me for an hour a day rather than all the other million things I have going on in my life, like I'm sure everybody has. Fawad, Adrian and Justin are three of the most passionate trainers I know. I have been active in the professional training world for about six years now. I have tried kick boxing, personal training, group training, cycling, yoga, Pilates, etc.. None of the awesome trainers I have met along the way can compare to these three. One struggle I have had my whole life is being overweight. I was overweight as a child all the way up to a young adult. I understand not all trainers were previously overweight, but training with some that were makes the hard work more bearable. There is nothing like being trained by people I know shared my same struggle. These three each have a success story which I believe adds to their passion. Their faces just light up during class! I need a trainer that believes in the work otherwise I will not believe in it myself. Fawad, founder and owner, helped me lose 26 lbs and 6% body fat. He pushes me when I think I can't go anymore because he knows my limits and is always 100% right. Adrian is a nutrition guru and has helped me with measuring my macros while maintaining healthy eating habits. He is the smartest trainer I have come across. Justin is the first smile you see when you walk in the door. His high energy and confidence in you makes you want to be a better you! I will be honest, I actually REALLY hate working out. This month marks the 3rd year I've been training with Fawad. My love/hate relationship for this guy has kept me inseparable from the atmosphere of wherever he's at! Before training with him I was just doing same old boring cardio and lifting with the typical gym machines. My weight loss progress was going NOWHERE. Want an amazing workout with quality trainers, great results without the hefty price tag? This is the place. Fawad, Justin, Adrian, and David are absolutely AMAZING. On a professional level, they push and push hard, but if you have a pre-existing injury (or multiple as I do) or you're just a noob to working out, they're mindful of that. Workouts can start with a quick bike ride alongside with some extra cardio (jumping jacks, high knees, mountain climbers) and muscle toning (squats, pushups, planks). Then be prepared to split into groups and get the best hour workout you can ask for. Personally, these guys are full of charisma and positive energy, it's hard not to appreciate the work they do.
