Want an amazing workout with quality trainers, great results without the hefty price tag? This is the place. Fawad, Justin, Adrian, and David are absolutely AMAZING. On a professional level, they push and push hard, but if you have a pre-existing injury (or multiple as I do) or you're just a noob to working out, they're mindful of that. Workouts can start with a quick bike ride alongside with some extra cardio (jumping jacks, high knees, mountain climbers) and muscle toning (squats, pushups, planks). Then be prepared to split into groups and get the best hour workout you can ask for. Personally, these guys are full of charisma and positive energy, it's hard not to appreciate the work they do. Whether you're looking to tone up, lose weight, or just in need of general maintenance, they can help you with it. Due to my varying work schedule and distance, I haven't been able to attend sessions as frequently as I'd like. However, even with a once a week attendance, people have been commenting on how much more toned I look. Try it. You won't regret it. read more

I love these guys! As a gym, is a great place to workout. The trainers are very knowledgeable, supportive, passionate, caring,energetic and they all have great sense of humor . The works out are a challenge but they also keep your strength and weakness in mind. The weight training is customized to your ability. It's perfect combination of cardio, strength and HIIT. All you have to do is show up and they take care of the rest. Technically it's a gym but for me it's a close knit family that I trust 100% . This gym is the best! Fawad and Justin are the best motivating trainers I have ever met. They really push and motivate you not to quit. I've been working out at Body Evolution for about a year now. I was overweight and was set on becoming fit when I called and spoke to Fawad and signed up for the trial class to try out, the workout was really amazing and I started with two classes a week initially and now do 4-5x classes a week. Its been a great journey and thanks to the BE team, I have lost lot of weight and fat, gained muscle and got fitter. Seeing my results, my wife also enrolled and has made great progress in her fitness. The trainers Fawad, Justin, Adrian and David are really talented, dedicated and super awesome,you can feel their positive energy and their passion on fitness in the workout sessions .They will give everybody detailed attention and push you hard, show how to do the workout right, provide inputs/tips, correct the posture/form and you will get the maximum results from the workouts. I had heard a lot about this place through friends and finally tried it last week. The best workout class I've ever tried! I used to go to Orangetheory and kept injuring myself due to lack of personal attention by the trainers. The group size being larger, it was bound to happen. When I took the first class with Adrian, I was blown away by the intensity of the class and his attention on my every single moves! Since I'm still recovering from an injury, he almost modified all the exercises for me and that's what I need right now. I need to get back in shape but I can't do that without the help from trainers and different workouts every day. Ok so its about time i wrote an update! This place has become an addiction! my day feels lost if i dont drop in for a session. I have lost over 30lbs and 15% body fat since i have joined. Not only are the trainers amazing, but they really push you to meet your goals. With the right meal plan and workout combo i have been able to reach my goal. The weight loss has been amazing but being able to control what eat, not gaining the weight back, and not over eating has been the best part for me. I have struggled a lot in the past with eating portions and eating heathly. To be able to control that part of my life has been a dream come true! I just had a baby 5 months ago, and needed to get back into shape--I was tired of working out the "usual" routine at the gym and needed a challenge. I found BE about 2 months ago and have been in love since! I already feel like it's a place where I am challenged, where I feel very welcomed, and a results driven environment. This review is definitely overdue! I would give these guys waaayyyyyy more than 5 stars if I could! I used to HATE working out, but these guys made it way more enjoyable and made working out something I can't live without anymore. They'll challenge you, but in the most fun and positive way possible. Every workout is different and challenging in its own way, but everyone is so nice and energetic the time goes by so fast! My favorites!!! I trained with Fawad, Adrian, Justin, and later on with David for a year. Joining this gym was the best thing I ever did for my physical health. I saw results immediately and you can too as long as you stay dedicated! I finally had some nicely toned arms and a 4 pack, whaaaatttt! All about them gainz, yo! Each trainer has their own unique personality and each one has helped me succeed in my workouts in different ways. They make sure you work hard, but also have fun! I always went into my workouts excited to build that muscle, baby! And also to see the guys because they're fun to talk to on their own. They pushed me to go beyond what I thought I could do and showed me that I really am stronger than I thought I could be. Also, I appreciated that they are always able to make quick modifications if a workout I'm doing doesn't feel good for my body or if someone has any injuries. They also took all my complaining with a smile, which isn't easy, because I def get complain-y haha. They're also awesome for all ages. I have been concerned about my mom's health for awhile and she's always been resistant to join a gym. She's 65 and has been a regular member for a little over a year! The guys are great with her, provide excellent modifications for each person based on their abilities, and are encouraging of each member. They take their jobs seriously, but have fun with it and treat each client like they're their only client! Amazing! Sadly, I recently moved further North and going to BE regularly isn't realistic. There's no place like BE, I've been looking for the last 4 months for a gym in my new hood and no one compares in the workouts they offer, the prices, and especially not in personalities. Fawad is the man! Been training 1 on 1 with him now for a little over 3 mo. At 65, this stuff isn't as easy as it used to be...lol. These guys are life changers. I've had a goal to be fit for as long as I can remember and a gym membership just as long, in just a few months these guys got me on my way and closer to my goal then I ever did on my own. The appointments helped me to not procrastinate and skip workouts and they encourage you to keep up with the routine. In every class they are very energetic and encourage you along the way, the music is great too. I saw results in 2 weeks. I don't know why I waited to join, there is no price to feeling great and being fit and these guys will get you there. This is my favorite workout place. They have a pretty intensive routine but they introduce you slowly to it and make you do what your body can do in a challenging way. The workout is different everyday so you don't feel bored. It is way different from a regular personal training session or a group class, it is a personalized group class where you are working in a smaller group at your particular station that rotates. Once you are in the class it is guaranteed that you are going to have a great workout and that will be the best part of your day. Adrian, Fawad, Justin are super attentive and after a point of time know more about your body than you do. There have been times when I forgot that about my injuries and they reminded me. There are absolutely no excuses for not going to BE if you have hurt yourself because they will give you modifications and you will still be able to do your workout. There is a reason why they have such high ratings, it is because of they are extremely sincere towards what they do. This is the best investment you will make in your body if you love it! read more

- It is almost a month since I joined Body evolution and I love this place, I was on a hunt for a good fitness center around Fremont and BE was the third place I consulted and I am so glad I missed the first two and went with BE. - Being a programmer can take a toll on your stamina and stress levels, and I was really looking for a place to improve my stamina and get stronger by the day and guess what , BE is the place for it. - Trainers are amazing, usually there are four trainers if there is a full attendance and they divide a group of 20+ but less than 25 according and assign training routines and once you're done with your trainer you move on to the next. Body Evolution HAS LITERALLY CHANGED MY LIFE. After loosing weight, I was struggling with building muscle and was completely lost when it came to eating - I was eating 1300 cals of vegetables and chicken EVERYDAY! I had no idea what I was doing and was basing my "diet and exercise" on hard cardio and low calories daily. Once I came to Body Evolution, Adrian asked what my goals were, took my measurements and gave me a personalized meal guide based on macros and 1700 CALORIES a day to help reach my goals. I have to say I was skeptical and scared that I would gain weight again by eating that many calories, but Adrian said to "trust him" and so I did. Two weeks into my new program i saw crazy results!!!! I GOT LEANER AND HAD MORE MUSCLE DEFINITION. I'm so glad I've joined BE 2 years back. Before joining BE, I had never tried strength training and was never a gym person. I would join different places but never to stick to one. BE definitely is unique and you slowly get addicted to the the place. I'm a slow learner and the trainers have patiently corrected my form multiple times until I got it right. The attention you get in every class is amazing and it almost feels like having a personal trainer. The exercises are always different and you would never get bored.
