I went to Body Gears to treat my hip after having foot surgery. My gate was off, my hip hurt, back aches, etc. Within 3 weeks I was feeling myself again. They really take their time with you and listen before they jump in and try and fix you. I have had PT before but nothing like this. I was referred to Body Gears by a physical medicine specialist at Rush. I was suffering from chronic back and groin pain. I'd been to at least a dozen different doctors/PT's in the 2 years prior. The pain always kept coming back. Underlying issue was (among other things- but most importantly here) that I was a guy with pelvic muscular problems- physical therapists who are competent in diagnosing and treating pelvic floor issues (in general, but especially-) in men are THIN on the ground. -But those are the kinds of therapists Body Gears keep on hand. They are seasoned, passionate, tenacious professionals who (and I am pretty confident in making this claim) are among the best in the city. I'd been to various ATI's, Novacare, the...Ability Center- thing- in River North... none were as thorough, attentive, or ultimately as helpful as Body Gears. I went to BodyGears to improve an ankle sprain from a fracture months prior. I left after three weeks. Before: I could walk down stairs, and bike without discomfort. Friends and family observed improvement in day to day functioning and mobility. After: I could not walk without a mild pain that spiked throughout the day, no bike, etc.. Friends and family observed a marked decrease in ability to perform basic day to day acivities. For example: I have required rides to work, needed to work from home more frequently, and have struggled performing domestic duties. I unfortunately did not receive the quality of care I needed. I was concerned with how quickly I advanced from initial eval with hands-on work to doing agility exercises with a lack of soft tissue manual therapy and focus on building consistent ROM. On a second or third visit I expected to have my ankle measured again and 1:1 hands-on work and was told it was not always needed. There was a lack of consistency measuring ROM each visit. Now that I actually have my ROM improved with my new PT, I understand that ROM should be measured each visit until goals are achieved. Furthermore, I've found that the program I was prescribed had me doing proprioceptive/agility work WAY sooner than my injured ankle was ready for (also, I would think that a PT would request imagining before advancing the care program given that I was experiencing increased pain). Ergo, the continued and worsened aches. It seemed there were different theories on how to manage ankle sprains at Body Gears including the focus on not doing much hands-on manual therapy and primarily advancing exercise programs...despite there still being pain. There was clearly a disconnect I was feeling and I once expressed that while stopping an exercise due to a sharp pain exclaiming "Ow;" I was told there will be some pain during exercises but if it's a really bad pain 'you have to tell me'. That I did, and was ignored as my therapist looked back at her computer. The professional PT response is to tell the patient to terminte the exercise program, follow up with the patient and focus on the areas that are in pain. I would have benefitted from the reminder that any tenderness is pain and to not power through, to modify exercise or change activities in the event of pain, and to regularly measure ROM to track any regression. Ultimately, due to lack of said reminders, I often powered through tender aches since they weren't as 'bad' as the sharp pain earlier. Bottom line: I was misled and left fraught with confusion with regard to what healing was supposed to feel like. After leaving Body Gears, I requested my medical records. Upon reading them I was struck by the incongruencies in my experience as a patient and the observations of my provider. We were obviously NOT on the same page. For example, there were no notes about my pain levels increasing after the aforementioned exercises despite my expressions of discomfort. I now have an awesome PT (Keith at Sovereign Physical Therapy) who is an attentive and cautious collaborator who I'm learning a ton from (stages of healing, impact of stretching to reach ROM and prelim strength goals, how to communicate pain, which I tell everyone about now), including doing less of what feels bad. I've since gained reflections on what I'd want any PT provider to offer its clients: Establish a PT-client care framework: --Teach how to talk about pain aka communicate with great questions like "is the pain you're experiencing when doing that stretch a 'familiar pain' or a 'stretch-related pain'?" [Familiar pain = related to injury] --And then set expectations to not endure pain during exercises: "please always stop what you're doing if you feel pain or any kind of tenderness" and "tenderness is pain" --Use common terminology between staff and ensure all staff are equally engaged in actively monitoring the client's progress in exercises --Add Post-Exercise Care **Another reason to never "power through pain": my MRI results (advised by my new PT) likely will require surgery. I can't help but think, if I had more conservative PT care instead of slamming on my injured ankle for weeks before getting a second opinion I may not be looking at another 7-8 months of recovery right now.** read more

My initial therapy was awesome but I had no fewer than 5 aggravating and zero resolution phone calls with their staff. Tried to get additional sessions and never received clearance but when I called in to resolve self pay bills (because they said they still hadn't heard back from my insurance so I chose to pay out of pocket until clearance came through) was told that I had received clearance but no one ever called to tell me. To top it off, my bills were wrong. Asked twice to speak to manager. When I called back today to ask about whether bills had been resolved since my last conversation was on 12/6 and no one called me back, was finally told today that they are out of office until the 26th. What's really sad is the therapist was awesome and I needed more sessions and told them that multiple times but never heard back. Regretting that I have to post here but there is no other option...hoping to get a response from an owner here since everyone at the main number seems to block and screen. read more

I've have several great physical therapists at Body Gears in Oak Brook and in the West Loop in downtown Chicago - who have helped me resolve everything from severe sciatic nerve pain to a carpal-tunnel like pain in my wrist that ran up my arm. They are good at actually identifying the SOURCE of pain, so that it can be addressed. I was able to meet with my PT remotely during the shelter-in-place order- which included adjusting my work stations for better posture (and less pain). It was great to have this done right in my home where I actually sit. I definitely recommend giving Physical Therapy at Body Gears a try before resorting to surgical solutions. I went here for several months to help relieve some of my fibromyalgia-related pain before I ended up going to RIC for their intensive outpatient program. I've finished that program and I'm honestly starting to think about going back to Body Gears because I really feel like having regular physical therapy is super helpful to my body. The staff is super friendly and the space is really nice. Occasionally the music is kind of painful for me (I have sensory processing disorder), but anytime I mention an issue with the environment, they're quick to accommodate me. And every time I've come in with a headache, they've put me in a room with the lights off so it's not aggravated by the environment around me. While I was there, I wouldn't say they were very trans competent, but when I came out to the PT I was working with, she was pretty great about it and asked a lot of questions about how to make me more comfortable while I was there. I also had the issue that there were some super strong air fresheners in the bathrooms, but when I asked about them they said that the building was responsible for those so there was nothing they could do. I sought physical therapy on February 1, 2014, after dealing with considerable shoulder pain since October 15, 2013. Initially, I thought the condition was inflammation caused by cross-fit training and other physical exertion, and that it would heal with rest. The range of motion in my left arm was less than 50%, any sudden movement caused considerable pain, and my sleep was severely affected. Dr. Susan Vocino of the Northwestern Integrative Medicine Office prescribed physical therapy treatment after several months of no noticeable improvement in my condition. In August I had success with a form of acupuncture that involved inducing an electrical current through acupuncture needles into the tissues and the muscles of my hip and right leg. Dr. Stephen Brewer, Medical Director, at Canyon Ranch in Tucson performed those treatments. I had considered acupuncture to treat my current shoulder condition, but when a trusted client of mine heard me describe the pain I was experiencing, she suggested "dry needling," a treatment that I was unaware of at the time. Online research helped me find the physical therapists at BodyGears, and I selected that group of practitioners based upon several factors, including: -their philosophy of treatment -stated expertise related to muscle pain -accreditations -experience with functional dry needling -a variety of specific five-star Yelp reviews -location Dr. Aaron Synder, PT, DPT, ATC provided my initial physical review, and has provided the majority of "hands-on" care. Dry needling, as explained to me by Dr. Synder et al, is a procedure that can effectively address muscle tension (i.e., "knots) more efficiently than manual techniques. The process can "reset" a particular muscle allowing it to contract and release appropriately. Several areas of my body have been treated, including my neck, shoulders, chest, and back. The feeling before and after is often dramatic, and the process itself clearly affects the muscle tissue in a manner that I can best describe as "softening" and "loosening." Each session has produced noticeable improvements in my overall mobility and dramatically reduced pain. From my perspective, dealing with particular areas of concerns quickly via dry needling enables a therapist like Dr. Synder, who is trained and certified to use the technique, to address more issues in a single session. Ultimately, my greatest concern is to completely rehabilitate my shoulder as quickly and cost-effectively as possible, and it seems that dry needling is an effective part of a comprehensive treatment plan. Throughout my therapy, each physical therapist from BodyGears has displayed a thoughtful and disciplined approach, masterful technique and a genuine concern for the improvement of my condition and general well-being. I completed my rehab in June, and I'm getting back into an active, healthy lifestyle. I started going to Body Gears in 2010 back when it was Dynamic PT. I have been treated by April & Sarah who are both super awesome. I have a variety of issues, but I primarily saw them for lower back & knee pain. I was able to increase my mileage on runs from 1 mile in extreme pain to completing the Chicago Marathon in a 5-month period as a result of seeing them. I just recently saw Sarah for a lower back issue and the amount she accomplished in just 3-sessions was incredible. Body Gears is different and so much better from any physical therapy you've had before. They don't juggle multiple patients at a time or watch you do exercises while they hang out. They spend the entire session with just you. It can definitely be intense (i.e., painful but then sooo amazing when they are done), but they adjust depending on your comfort level and always ask how you're doing. Finally, the new space on Clinton is great. Easy parking, the space is really spacious & bright and there are private treatment rooms if needed. So far, great. I definitely walked out feeling sore after the first treatment. However, by the time I got home, I was a completely different person. I slept like I hadn't slept in weeks! They've really helped me manage the stress and all the taxing the stress caused on my body during a really busy time at work for me. They've helped me get through a tough time, and now I'm finally started to really feel the improvement. The evaluation was comprehensive, the stretches are good, the care and focus are good, and the people are nice. Updating a previous review because I have now seen a second PT at Dynamic PT. The second therapist that I have seen at Dynamic is Melissa in the Chicago office. I started going to Melissa because she has later hours, so I could go after work. Melissa is EXCELLENT! I went to her for a middle back injury (that had been going on for about 4 months) and also upper back spasms and extreme tightness. Within two visits, my mid-back was back to normal and within about 8 visits, she had the muscle in my upper back relaxed and retrained to function properly. I had a lot of muscle imbalances that had been going on for years causing spasms and decreased range of motion - it was difficult to turn my head, even when driving. Now, I have full range of motion and am pain free. She also sent me home with stretches and exercises to keep my back on track. I love the approach that Melissa and the other PTs take at Dynamic - they speak with eachother and bounce ideas back and forth on your treatment. They really care and are into solving your PT issues for good. They also all do tons of continuing education so I feel like their awareness of new techniques is very high and they show interest and excitement in what they do. I went to BodyGears because they are close to my office. After having an MRI done, the doc ordered me to get physical therapy for my knee which is missing cartilage. Kit Durban and his team (Kathy, Bailee, etc) did a really good job assessing, evaluating and coming up with a therapy plan. I couldn't walk downstairs nor run prior to going in to meet Kit and his team. Each employee is personable, helpful, accommodating, kind and eager to get one back to their physical shape/goal. They give access with prescribed excercises in an app with videos so you can do them at home. They walk with you through the entire process very diligently to get you back to your healthy self. Body Gears is a fantastic take on physical therapy and a great change of pace relative to the larger providers. The therapists take time to understand what your issues are, and solicit the opinions of other therapists to ensure patients receive a full and thorough analysis of ways to treat symptoms, and ultimately get back to 100%. I saw Lauren and James for bad pain related to tailbone misalignment from, I think, poor form during deadlifts. The pain was present for about three years, and after hundreds of dollars spent on doctors, MRIs, x-rays, and steroid injections, a finally took a friend's recommendation on Body Gears, who was treated there for a similar issue. Within about two months, the pain had gone from, at times, excruciating to now virtually non-existent. It's also worth noting that the pain's down for the right reasons--because the problems were treated and corrected, versus covered up with a cortisone shot. If you're having issues that a "big box" physical therapist isn't able to improve, definitely give Body Gears a shot. read more

All my life I dealt with daily headaches, after talking with a Neurologist I was recommended to go to a Physical Therapist. Dynamic was amazing. They have CFMT certification, an additional certification for working on migraines. I worked with Sarah & Melissa and they where both amazing. After 6 weeks I had no daily headaches, my neck tightness and pain was completely gone. I ran a 5k in November and I was in no pain at all (usually my shoulders hurt after the first mile). Sarah & Melissa not only solved my pain issues they taught me exercises to stay pain free. They worked with my on my posture and sitting position to retrain my body. PT Stacey Knowles is a genius with healing hands. My mother, father and I are all seeing her for different problems and she has done wonders in each of our cases. I have been struggling with back/neck/shoulder stiffness and pain for 3 years and been through 3 rounds of physical therapy previously (as well as all sorts of chiropractic visits, massages, etc) and this is the first time that I have hope for long-lasting improvement. Her understanding (and rapid-fire naming) of all the mechanisms that make up your anatomy is astonishing, and her ability to intuit and physically locate the sources of your pain is unlike anything I have experienced in all the practitioners I've seen. She told me once that she was offered a physical therapy gig on a Cirque du Soleil tour. At one point she opened up my ribs with a combination of adjustments, massage-like manipulation, and exercises to the extent that I felt my lungs had expanded 30%. Every time I see her, I leave the appointment feeling hugely relieved of tension and like I'm getting stronger and finding proper alignment. She makes sure you are doing your exercises, too, which I really appreciate. Nothing changes if nothing changes. As for Body Gears, the administrative staff is efficient and friendly and attentive to my scheduling needs, though it is hard to get an appointment with Stacey on short notice - she is in high demand! The facilities are well-kept and pleasant and I appreciate having the option of appointments in downtown Chicago and Oak Park. My only wish is that I could have more time with Stacey - your appointment will often dovetail with another patient of hers, and her focus will be split between you and someone else. She is committed to teaching and has always had an assistant in training at my sessions, which helps when they are working with two clients. read more

I've been going to Dynamic for about two months. Stacey is my primary therapist and Sara and Leah have both worked with me. The staff confer with each other to problem solve and to figure out the best treatments and exercises to address my issues. The room is friendly and focused. The treatment is hands on and patient focused. The staff are all great and there is very little if any 'unattended exercises' where you are working without supervision by someone. I have had chronic back pain since the late 1980's, related to a spinal cord injury. (I broke my neck in 1982). I've always known that my low back pain was related to the spinal cord issues that left me with right-side weakness and muscle deficits that screwed up my gait and the way I carried myself. In the past few years, my pain has gotten worse and been harder to prevent and calm down. I was becoming resigned that at 50, and 30 years out from a pretty major injury, I was just wearing out the joints and muscles that I'd been overworking and wrenching around all these years. I've seen Rehab doctors, PT's, massage therapists, chiropractors, and healers of all sorts. No one ever did the sort of extensive initial exam I got here from Stacey. I've been x-rayed, MRIed, massaged, Rolfed, stretched, exercised, stuck with acupuncture needles and spinal epidurals. No treatment has had anywhere near the effects or provided the benefits I've received from my treatment by Stacey, and the rest of the staff here. I am moving joints that have been locked up since 1982. They have relaxed and stretched muscles that were so tight and hard I thought they were bones. I walk so differently that casual acquaintances have commented. And best of all, I feel like I'm just getting started and that I'll keep making progress. read more

i can't say enough good things about dynamic. i've been working with them for over a year now, and not only has pain subsided, but i now know a lot more about my body and how parts move than i ever have. i have exercises that are actually effective. i feel like my muscles are smarter. i originally went in for back/shoulder pain. but the most work was done by sarah on both of my shoulders. i can't intelligently convey what's wrong with them, but they're funky. because of sarah, i can prevent further injury. she explains everything you need to know and can answer questions in an approachable way. i never hesitated to ask anything and i learned a lot. did you know that you have ribs all the way up high by your collarbone? who knew?!? --the people at dynamic physical therapy are amazingly good at what they do. they are committed to making people feel better and with every person you interact, it's evident. --their approach to treatment is different--it's not your standard "here, sit on this bike and cycle for an hour" kind of place. there's no 'big box', "crank them through the system" feeling. --if you have any need for PT; pain, injury, etc. this is the place to start read more

I would give Body Gears 10 stars if I could!! I had collected a handful of injuries (broken sesamoid, knee pain, broken tailbone) over a period of a couple years and had come to terms with the fact that my normally active lifestyle was changing to a more sedentary one due to my injuries. :( But then I found Body Gears and Kit Durban and that all changed! Everything about my experiences with Body Gears blew me away. Everyone was so fun, engaging, helpful and professional. Kit always patiently listened to what was occurring for me and upon mentioning a weird pain or tweak I felt, he would instantly know exactly what muscles were involved, why it was happening and exactly what needed to be done to relieve that pain. He was also always sensitive to the fact that some of the pain I was experiencing was sometimes exacerbated due to FEAR of hurting myself again and this sometimes impacted how I was able to do my exercises. He helped to get me through that and be able to push beyond that fear. About halfway through PT when I tweaked my knee moving some things around my apartment, Kit fully set me up for success by talking with me about how to move differently next time I was doing something similar to engage my muscles properly and what to keep in mind to keep my body safe. I had a great experience first time around, great PT professional who really cared about getting me better. He developed a plan for my situation and adjusted real time to drive results. He moved on due to relocation. I went for a different issue assuming I'd experience something similar but instead I received the "standard" PT that I fear is more common in the industry than not (condition "xzy", do these three stretched and these two strengthening exercises). Additionally, I had little time with the PT vs the assistant working for them. I hope that the other PT professionals there are more like my first experience but I can't chance that and have moved on. read more

Now, I should start by saying I am not someone who has much experience of contact with healthcare professionals for treatments of any kind, but earlier this year I was pointed towards Dynamic Physical Therapy by my cycling coach. Having suffered a totally debilitating lumbar disc problem, which resulted in 3-days being unable to do anything but crawl very slowly from my bed to the bathroom and back, I was in constant pain. After several weeks of physical therapy provided by Sarah at Dynamic PT, I have made a complete recovery, and surpassed my previous form. I am now back to my daily training regime. The most amazing thing was that after each and every visit, I could feel improvement in my back and then the other muscles (which had contributed to the initial problem) as Sarah identified instabilities / weaknesses, and worked on correcting them. The "homework" exercises prescribed and checked by Dave at every visit were also incredible in my rehab, and I continue to repeat several of them in an effort to maintain these under-used muscles. Genuinely I cannot speak highly enough of the care and professionalism of April's entire team that I met at Dynamic PT. Indeed, a friend with a knee problem which had not resolved after 3-months of therapy at another PT clinic is now making progress with Sarah's therapy! I have been going to Dynamic Physical therapy for several months. The PT services I have received from Sarah have been very good. However, I have been constantly disappointed with several aspects of the office and policies. The Chicago office is one big room and therapist and staff discuss patients conditions, cases, and evaluate them in front of other patients regularly. Given that I was seeing them for pelvic floor issues, I was never comfortable discussing my progress and symptoms in such a public setting. Sarah was sensitive to this after I made comment, however the rest of the staff was not. When I saw other therapists, other than my primary, they did not read my case notes and often took my treatment in a different direction. It was frustrating waste of time to see anyone in the office other than Sarah. The office understandably has a practice of charging you for cancelled appointments, however I was twice charged when the cancellation was completely out of my hands... a sick child and a snow storm. I found the office staff to be rude, short, and completely unaccommodating. It is too bad this PT practice is so poorly run because they employ some talented therapist and I believe they have a good approach to PT. However, I will no longer be using their services -- it is just too frustrating. read more

Body Gears exemplifies how physical therapy should be practiced. Natasha, my therapist, is so kind and incredibly knowledgeable. More women should know about pelvic floor physical therapy for after childbirth. Natasha changed my life! My improvement was measurable and timely. They combined massage, external manipulation and exercises to treat the problem. Beyond physical approaches, we also talked about mental barriers to improvement and how much mindset matters. These guys are awesome. Ray was my main physical therapist and he was nothing but knowledgeable and personable. The rest of the office staff was friendly, easy to talk to and always there to help. I came in on crutches barely able to sit up on my own from a back injury and I walked out of there 3 months later and right back into the gym. I liked the philosophy they had of not treating patients but tuning athletes. The therapist James was sub-par and very inattentive to my son to say the least. After being hit by a pitch in the shoulder neck area, I took my son to Body Gears (after seeing his doctor) for therapy. The therapist saw him all of 40 minutes and 20 of that was taken up by asking questions. He asked if he could do two manipulations on him which he did. That was it. He never did a complete analysis of his body. I have been to body therapy with my two other athletic kids and received much different service. This time it was the total opposite. I was totally underwhelmed. I even asked James, as a baseball player what exercises could my son do for his shoulder? He gave him one exercise for posture and he said he probably will not be able to do it because most adults can't do it. He said his range of motion was limited in one shoulder and I asked what exercise could he do? Again he gave me another exercise and said he probably would not be able to do that one either. After that I said, knowing that he is a baseball player, what are some things he can do to prevent injury - exercises, warm-up exercises, post game exercises. I got nothing. It was a total waste of my $100. My belief is that when I told James that I was going to make one visit and determine if I needed more, they decided that I was not worth their time. I've been going to physical therapy off and on for the past 15 years, since undergoing a full spinal fusion as a teenager. Ever since that surgery, I've had consistent back and neck pain, and every three years or so it would get so bad that my doctor would prescribe physical therapy. I always went to Athletico fitness, a massive chain that has multiple locations throughout Chicago. Sometimes I would feel a little better after completing a round of therapy, mostly from the exercises that they would provide me which I would do at home, and not really from the limited time that I would spend with the therapist. Usually each session would consistent of 5-10 minutes of hands on therapy followed by 40 minutes of exercising on my own. The most frustrating was when Athletico would book 2, 3, 4 or even 5 patients to the same therapist at the same time. There was very little individual attention paid. A few months ago, I dislocated a rib and was in excruciating pain. My orthopedic surgeon again ordered physical therapy, but this time suggested that I go someplace besides Athletico. She recommended Stacy Knowles from Dynamic Physical Therapy, as an expert in strain/counterstrain technique and soft tissue work. She basically implied that it was time I started seeing a "real" physical therapist. I was able to make an appointment with Stacy the next day, and from our first meeting I knew that she was completely different from any physical therapist that I had seen previously. She worked with me for over 2 hours that night (even though my appointment was scheduled for only 45 minutes), and evaluated my rib condition as well as my consistent lower back and neck pain. She worked on my rib for over an hour and I felt significantly better by the time I left. I couldn't wait until our next appointment and was excited that I'd finally found a physical therapist that knew what she was doing and could relieve me from my pain. Stacey did not disappoint. Over the next few months, the back pain that I had suffered for over a decade had basically disappeared. I had a few setbacks from taking some long flights and lifting my 2-year old, and Stacy worked with me to fix these problems. I've never left a session with her without feeling much better than when I came in. Her vast knowledge of the body and the reason for my pain is mind boggling- she truly is an expert. Over 90% of every session is spent with Stacy doing hands on tissue work. She also provided me with a quick at-home exercise routine that's easy to follow and actually works. And I have never been double booked with another patient. Because I'm now pain free, I recently stopped going to Dynamic. But I now sleep better at night knowing that if I ever experience any pain in the future, Stacy has the tools to fix it. I consider her a miracle worker. read more

Sarah does a fantasic job, she identifies problems and finds way to fix them that no other PT has ever been able to help with. I would highly recommend especially if you have been around the block with no relief, she will get you back and going strong. I am older and have had arthritis for a while. It has gotten bad enough for me to see a specialist and the doc's answer to my problem was that "your not going to get any younger." But she did recommend physical therapy. I have had therapy in the past and know that all therapists are not the same. So I searched for a long time and finally found the right one at Richards Bar. I was introduced to a fellow who owned a therapy business called Body Gears, and my buddy recommended the place. I talked to the owner, whose co-owner wife ran the place, and I was convinced enough to give it a try. It is a great place. Everybody - and I mean everybody - there is friendly and passionate, and they are pros. Their clients are varied. Men and women, young and old, athletes and nerds. The time they take with you for each session is unusual. You get a full 45-minutes of hands-on therapy from a licensed therapist, and them a half hour with a professional exercise tech. I am not going to try to explain the Body Gears approach, other than that they seem to concentrate on body mechanics. If my body was a car, my mechanics would put me into the "totalled" category. But they are fixing me. That's the highest praise I can make. My therapist, Tolga Yenilmez (originally from Turkey) listens, explains, and devises strategies that puts my body back into alignment and takes the pain away. I no longer limp and hunch. I no longer develop back pain in the middle of the day. I can stand and talk longer during networking events. I am more mobile, and can do a better job of keeping up during family walks. I began Physical Therapy in June 2014 with Core Physical Therapy, Dr Jason Kart. I had 18 sessions to work on upper back and neck pain issues. After 18 sessions I decided to go else where as minimal progress made. I found him to be super rigid in business concern as he seemed to be more concerned with insurance issues, paper work than patient progress. I then discovered BODY GEARS and Tolga Yenilmez.. Tolga did a 1 1/2 hour evaluation of my issues. After 2 sessions of physical manipulation, I was fixed. this then freed him to work on other weaknesses that his thorough evaluation revealed such as weaknesses, abdominal strength, knots on upper back and shoulder range of motion etc. I call Tolga the miracle man as everything he attempted he fixed. This included helping me with 2 severe headaches, I underwent surgery, he helped with the mending process of scars so there were no negative reprecussions. I also had a problem with TMJ, could not open jaw very wide. I enthusiastically recommend Tolga and the entire staff, from Lauren the receptionist, billing people, exerciseologist and all the physical therapist. Everyone is VERY GOOD and very professional.
