I contacted the Marky Mark's for help with a terribly infected conch piercing that I had gotten…read moredone at a different shop. McKinsey took me in and took out the old earring that had been too small initially and thus gotten embedded in my ear. She cleaned me up, put a new size-appropriate earring, and gave me much better instructions on caring for it to get this healed up. Not only did she help me in this respect, but she was so kind, gentle, and sympathetic through the whole ordeal. I will easily be using her for any future piercings.

The other review seems like someone who didn't clean their piercing and the stud pushed into an infection. That's on them! So long as I followed the instructions on care (which are up to you, not the piercer) I always ended up with a fabulous result that healed without incident. I will only ever get any future piercings I want done at Metamorphosis because I know what to expect, the tools and area are cleaned well, and the staff are always kind.
