I have gone here for about 15 years and the service has gotten progressively worse. Yesterday I went in for a manicure and pedicure and the pedicure was horrible. He cut my nails on my right foot way shorter and it hurt than he did on the left and the polish on the left is smeared and on my foot and not covering the nail it's a MESS!!! I can do my own pedicure better than this.. when ring asked me how my pedicure was and I told her she asked me if I told him not to cut them so short. I said he cut the left foot first and did OK so I thought he would do the right foot the same. I had made an appointment and they asked me to come a half hour earlier than what I requested so I did and of course I had to rush and pick out a color super fast so he could get started on my pedicure and then I had to sit and wait a half hour for my manicure appointment.. They're just not focusing on customer service anymore and it's more on quantity. I'm very disappointed and I'll have to find a new place to go. read more

I had visited this salon about 6 years ago for a wedding. I wasn't crazy about my ANC then. Fast forward to post-Covid and I decided to give them a second shot. Maybe I just got lucky or maybe they're new owners but I am so glad I did. They took me in last minute and Ryan did a fantastic job with my nails. I feel pretty. I feel pretty. (remember that song lol) Since my nails are short right now, I picked the Sparkling Brown which is one of my favorite colors. Very natural feeling with a little sparkle but not glitter! As my nails grow I'm hoping to do more bold colors! I got a nice little massage. The only thing I missed is the cuticle oil but next time I'll speak up about that. I said I would not go to any nail mills and should've. I called to see if I needed an appointment and was told yes, so I did. Decided on a Mani-Pedi. Arrived, Pedi was average. The Mani was gel. Was told to go pick a color. Ok, gels done. Mani, Pedi done. Now the price I was quoted was not what they wanted me to pay and said the particular nail color was $12.00 extra. I said No, not paying that. Typical for these places. Plus they rush when it gets crowded. HORRIBLE!!!!! read more

I just wanted to say that I love the business, it's great the workers have amazing customer service but there is something in my opinion that I don't like. I came here a few days ago to get my nails done for school, I just wanted white gel nail polish. The first problem was they made my nails too thin to the point they are bending like paper and eventually I piece of my nail came off. The second problem is that the gel nail polish is chunky it's not smooth at all. Also the nail polish is cracked on my nails. The last thing is that when I left the nail salon my nails wasn't done drying yet so my nails have a smudged print. around my cuticle were sore and red. Too sum this up I would not come here again after this time, I have came here before it wasn't the best either but this was my last straw. The price was not worth it, too expensive. read more

I have been to this nail salon at least six times now, and I have always been satisfied with their service. Hence, the reason I keep coming back. They are usually busy, especially during college graduation time. They take and respect appointments. They also respect the order in which customers come in, I have never had to let someone else go before me because they were regulars at that place. Service can be a bit slow, but I always leave satisfied. My nails look nice and the nail polish stays for long. The staff is friendly and helpful. Any staff member will check on you to make sure your nails are dry before leaving the salon. Also, you get a quick shoulder massage with any service. read more

I was a little skeptical when they were like oh OK I'll take you an hour before we close. I walk in I get my nails done, which I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years I know the process. They forgot to do a ton of steps they didn't file my nail properly literally 4 days after I get my nails done three of them break because the gel is so thin I kept telling the girl can you go a little bit thicker on the job she says I do nails this way OK well I've been getting them done for a long time and I know how the product of UV gel works. So four days out of the salon and this is what my nails look like. After I got my nails fixed I went to my normal salon and they looked at my nails and said that whoever did them last didn't do them properly didn't put enough gel and didn't disperse the product and didn't let it sit properly they were very rushed... read more

I was skeptical because ombré can be hard to do, but my nail technician, Ring, did it SO WELL! I am so impressed. I definitely recommend Ring! Besides being clean, it has a good atmosphere going on with both the people working there as well as the customers. And, I LOVE my nails! This was no lackluster manicure - they took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the entire experience. Worst pedicure I have ever had. The women who took care of me cut my nails way to short and the color is all over my toes and on top of that my nails are so sharp they will and did draw blood . Very unhappy and I paid $55 for this service. Also had my nails filled and colored my nails are all uneven Chloe didn't glue down my nail that was braking off from the acrylic. They are also way to thick I asked her several time please thin them out they r to thick(I guess she didn't understand me) all together VERY unhappy with the service I was given by them. Rushed service for acrylic nails. Cut into 2 of my fingers while using nail filer. My pinky has a gash in it and is red and inflamed. Bled multiple times when electric filer was used and hit my cuticles too high. Woman who was doing my nails dropped a tool and picked it off the floor and put it back in the drawer. No cleaner for the tools too be seen. Never going back there. Only good part was the massage by one of the teen girls. read more

I came here about a week ago to get my acrylic nails taken off and get a new set put on. Usually you're supposed to soak the old nails off. This girl literally ripped a piece of my nail off and then proceeded to try to file the SKIN. I wanted acrylic put back on but with the amount of chemicals and damage I already had done she suggested ANC. I figured they would at least give some sort of discount seeing as ANC is more expensive and they ruined my nail but they charged full price. Definitely will never be back here read more

I called ahead of time just to make sure there was an opening and there was! My friend recommended this place and I'm glad I listened. This place is a decent drive but will definetly come back again.
