I was lucky to find it when the dermatologist's office I had been going to discontinued using Dysport. When you walk in, it smells divine, and the environment immediately puts you at ease. Levia has the personality of someone you'd want as your best friend. She is upfront, honest, and really takes the time to figure out what's best for you -- not just continue whatever was used at previous places. As she went over my history with injectables, she picked up on the fact that they weren't lasting as long as they should. I had no clue Jeuveau even existed, let alone that it would be the best option for my needs. I am now on my second treatment with it, and I could not be happier. THAT was the product that finally worked. Oh, and one more thing about her approach: she used more needles than anyone I've ever been to for the same amount of units, so the needles stayed sharp and didn't start doing those little "pops" after the third stick. As someone with EXTREMELY fair, delicate skin, this was a blessing. The pricing is extremely reasonable, and the monthly club is absolutely worth the savings. I cannot say enough good things about this tiny gem of a medspa and the wonderful person Levia is. Don't think twice about making an appointment. This specific spot was very clean, cute and unassuming. The main space has different rooms and the facial room I was in felt like a true spa experience. What sets this medspa apart is that you actually feel like you're getting a facial at a spa. Some places keep you with your clothes and just work on your face. They give you a cute little towel wrap for you to change into while you cozy up under the blankets/sheets and get nice and relaxed, ready for your facial. The experience was amazing and my hydrafacial ended with a UV light therapy which was a plus. Anna is so professional and knowledgeable and I truly enjoyed my me time and walking out with a squeaky clean face. Pro tip: you will be texted a lot after confirming your appointment and it can get a little confusing but they're working on it so just be kind and patient.

After discussing thoroughly what he would be able to accomplish, I decided to move forward. To say he did the most amazing job would be an understatement. Even back then he made myself (and my mother who goes to this practice as well) feel comfortable and reassured. Fast forward over 15 years later and I wanted to have a small tip revision done as my nose had drooped a bit over the years (which is common). I now live all the way out in Phoenix, Arizona but there was no one else I trusted more than Dr. Abraham to do this revision for me. He is incredibly knowledgeable, re-assuring and his entire team is so very kind (shout out Judy!). I even referred him to my close friends who went to see him as well. Had an app in October 2023 for a medical Botox evaluation. I was told this could be done, they…read morewould submit to my insurances. I had an appointment for the end of November for the first shots. Called early in the week as I had heard nothing about insurance approval, was told it hadn't come through. Told someone would get back to me. never got a call back. Called in December was told it still hadn't come through. Called after the holidays and found out it was never submitted, and that they had(and lost) 2 insurance staff. Got a call from a staff member(who was not the insurance person) leaving me a message that didnt make sense. Found out she called for someone else. I asked the insurance person call me back so I could appeal the insurance company's decision. No return call. Called today (now at the end of January), to be told the Dr may not do Medical botox. And, that the PA had no right to tell me that they would( this was the reason I was referred there). Patty the Office Manager spoke over me and didn't listen, until I pointed this out. Waiting to hear if the Dr will even do the procedure. Not holding out a lot of hope.
