My mom stayed here most nights and I bought her a reclining foldable chair and they did not complain. Facility is also super clean and does not have a funny smell. I work EMS so I've been to a few SNF and this one seems to be the best. Wooden floors = no lingering smell = easy to clean. Bathroom is clean. The staff at first took a couple of days to adjust to my dad's medications, they forgot to give him his eye drops etc but after a while they were on it. They also gave me a sandwich and beverages which was very much appreciated as I visited my dad for 4-6 hours. There were also times where I stayed past the suggested visiting hours and never got a hard time from them about it. My only complaint would be the parking. It is tiny and when it's full it could be hard to find parking on the street. But honestly most residents here never really got visited as often as I did with my dad so it wasn't a huge issue. I'd like to thank the Filipino staff that took care of my dad as well as the rest of the staff including the physical therapists. I spoke with a handful of Physical therapists including Dustin at Grit Fitness. Pricing and availability for everyone was about the same across the board. Dustin got my attention based off how genuine he sounded over the phone. It didn't seem like he was trying to sell himself just to get another client. During my initial visit Dustin, he was able to interpret my MRI results and come up with a plan for recovery. We started with mobility and stretching then gradually over time threw in exercises with increased load/stress. He was very thorough with explaining how the knee worked, what was affected and how we can build my strength/confidence back up. Overall Dustin will give you all the experience and knowledge he has for recovery. You just have to take that first step and give him a call.

I started PT for hip aches and pains that wouldn't go away and just kinda lingered. I worked with Glenn to address these pains and also strengthen the area. He was sure to challenge me and made sure I pushed myself but always ensured it was done safely and not something that would aggravate the issue more. When I injured my ankle (unrelated) during our time together he also helped me with some strengthening exercises for that. Glenn not only helped me rehab my hip but also provided lots of laughs and fun conversation along the way. I'm thinking about signing up for my first 50k and I wouldn't have had the confidence to do so if my hip was still bothering me... thankfully not only did the PT help, but it armed me with a exercises and movements to help the area stay strong.
