I have been pierced here three times, receiving my third lobes, my nostril piercing, and a helix piercing. The staff here has always been professional, and they explain the piercing and aftercare process very well. They seem to take hygiene and sterilization very seriously, and they use single use needles. The waits here are always long, I have always waited about an hour. My helix piercing was not done properly, it was in the wrong place and ended up rejecting. Other piercings have done amazing, and they will downsize and do jewelry changes for you. read more

I used to absolutely love coming here. About three years ago I got my conch pierced (first after my lobes!) and I loved it! The piercers seemed excited about their jobs and were very gentle and accommodating. Now on to why I gave this a 2 star. Ever since they hired a new lot of employees the environment hasn't been welcoming. The employees are very blunt and rude, when I come in looking for jewelry they don't seem to care or listen to what I'm looking for. I went in to get some new tapers and they gave me two different sizes and neither one was the size I was looking to get :( Not to mention actually getting pierced. They were extremely rough with my nose (my other side was done just fine, painless) and I ended up bleeding all over my face which they didn't even bother to wipe. They placed the dot and pierced after I gave a general location but didn't verify that I was comfortable or happy with my placement. I went to get my belly button repierced , the girl used a FLAT edge needle to "find my old piercing canal", that was completely healed up. Also was extremely painful. My belly button never hurt so bad in my life. I had it pierced before and it only stung.. this time it almost made me cry. AND its crooked. I wasn't the only one that wasn't happy with her. She also pierced my nostril way too close to the top of my nose. if you don't know how to pierce other people , don't do it. Its not something you should just wing. NEVER going back here. If you're wanting a nice piercing experience all the way though, including when you first step into the store, I would NOT recommend this place. Ali, the piercer, was super sweet and supportive when I got my septum yesterday. I was clearly nervous and she was very nice about it. There was another chick there with blonde and red hair and sunglasses on and she was so mean the whole time. My friend forgot her ID so she had to go get it and this woman was so snobby about it. It's like everyone who came in was inconveniencing her. No one is forcing you to work there, if you're miserable go work somewhere else. Staff was extremely rude. Not welcoming and we cancelled my order to get pierced due to rude staff an unprofessional manners.

It has been 8 months since I got my belly button pierced here and it still hasn't healed. There were 5 of us that got it all done on the same day and EVERY single one of us had to eventually take it out because it was never healing for some odd reason. My friend went to a tattoo and piercing shop in California and the worker was shocked by what was put in our bodies. It was a piercing for EYEBROWS. Not Belly buttons. After finding that out, I went straight to a shop (different location) and the worker told me the same exact thing and ALSO that it was pierced with not enough skin in between. He told me to take it out immediately, let it heal, and get it re-pierced behind the original piercing. I am so mad that my experience could have been better if I got it pierced at an actual piercing shop. Do your research before getting anything pierced and read the 1 star reviews. read more

So I got my helix piercing and its crooked. I was told by three other girls at my school that it isn't supposed to be slanted. It hasn't healed so i was curious if that was the reason why. I'm going to go in this weekend to ask about it, and i'm hoping their customer service is good and they will just re-do it once the incorrect piercing will heal. If not, that's annoying because I paid over $60 for an incorrect piercing. I'll update u guys once I go back.
