I decided to choose a light color an OPI nail polish. I noticed that most of the nail polishes on the wall were watery. looked like there was acetone poured into them. The one I picked was Not watery. My nail tech was Leo. He was very nice. Gave a really nice pedicure. I was charged $50 for my pedicure. Next morning 7/11 I boarded my cruise and I went swimming in a saltwater pool to come out of the pool with yellow orange color change on my two big toes only not even 24 hours had passed. I was very upset and embarrassed. It looked horrible. I had to walk around with this ugly pedicure. When I came home from my cruise on Monday morning I went back to let them know what happened. I requested to have a change of polish since the polish color changed to yellow in less than 24 hours. The receptionist had no answer for me. She said she didn't know what she can do for me and I asked her to please speak to her manager. A woman named Candice came out and questioned me about my pedicure asking me if I wore closed toe shoes? I said of course NO. Lots of whispering. Then I was told I could take a seat in the pedicure chair. Leo the original nail tech came out and looked at my feet and said "I have no idea I have never seen anything like this ever happen, I am sorry" he changed my polish and it did look beautiful. I was happy with the end results. I give this business 1 star because of the customer service and how I was tested and questioned for there old bad nail polish in front of other customers. It is very unprofessional and costs nothing but 6 minutes to change the color. Leo the nail tech was very nice and did a good job. I just will not ever return here.

It took a little driving around to figure out how to enter the parking lot and parking spaces are a bit tight. After realizing my mistake, I logged onto their website through Yelp to check the booking process. I was relieved to find the booking platform was user-friendly, which allowed me to quickly book the first available appointment (Regular pedicure with French) they had for the afternoon (12:45 PM). Shortly after booking, I did receive a text message confirmation of my appointment. I decided to find somewhere to grab a bite to eat before returning for my appointment time. When I returned I was quickly checked in by their receptionist and brought back to the pedicure chairs. I was greeted nicely but the pedicurist didn't introduce herself so I can't confirm her name, but online it said my appointment was with Lissa. There was one client leaving when I arrived and another getting a manicure. The salon is very spacious and clean. A very strong citrus scent fills the building. Very light spa music played in the background throughout my visit. The TV plays videos of various island resort beaches. The gel polish removal process was very natural. No drill was used. From there she proceeded with my pedicure which was ok. She was very gentle in handling my feet and legs. I was a bit disappointed at the cold pedicure water and there were no jets or bubbles but maybe that's included with the higher priced pedicure options. This salon is DEAD SILENT lol like you can hear a pin drop in here. Very different than what I am use to. Lissa did a good job of cleaning the nail beds and achieving my desired length and shape. The outcome of the French was also just ok. I personally didn't really care for how thin the French on my big toes were but all other nails came out flawless. Their pedicure chairs are some of the most comfortable I've experienced. The massage is gentle and doesn't violently knead your back while the chairs themselves hug you like a glove. I don't know if I would return but I would definitely recommend to anyone who lives close by. Especially anyone very big on natural nail restoration. My total was $56.65 not including tip. My itemized bill was conveniently emailed to me within minutes of checking out.

When I arrived, I was asked what services I needed, and I explained that I wanted a manicure and pedicure. Since it was my first time visiting, I asked what forms of payment were accepted. Before I was able to choose a nail color or receive any services, I was asked to pay in full upfront. I found this unusual and uncomfortable. In my experience, payment is typically made after services are completed, allowing the customer to evaluate the service and leave a tip based on the quality of the experience. Being required to pay before any services were provided made me feel that I was being treated differently.
