I came in without an appointment and was told there were no openings until 3:30. I then asked if they could just remove my liquid gel, and I was told yes. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. The technician removing my gel nails cut my fingers twice during the process. Not once did he apologize. Instead, he simply pulled my hand forward and continued as if nothing happened, which was uncomfortable and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the front desk experience was shockingly unprofessional. The person working the desk was more focused on discussing her SATs and not getting into FGCU than on the customers in front of her- customers who were paying and clearly having a poor experience. Overall, this was careless, unprofessional, and honestly awful. New management or not, basic customer service and safety were clearly lacking. Check out the photo of my nails after "service" was rendered. They were left beaten up, sore, and in worse condition than when I arrived. Do not recommend.

On Saturday, February 14th, late afternoon, I went in for a manicure and pedicure with clear polish. Within two days, the polish completely came off, the shine disappeared, the nails began cracking, and the edges were sharp. The cuticles on my pinky were left extremely long -- nearly a quarter inch. I specifically asked for my nails to be cut very short, and they were not. When I called to have them corrected, I was told they would only file them, not recut them as requested. During the visit to fix the issue, staff became argumentative and raised their voices. I remained calm and asked them not to yell, but the interaction was uncomfortable and unprofessional. After the filing, the nails still looked poorly done and continue to cause discomfort. Based on both the quality of service and the way the situation was handled, I cannot recommend this business.
