I went in with a group of people and waited to be pierced for FIVE HOURS after continuously being told that we were next on the list or that it would just be another 15 minutes. For the inconvenience they did give us free cleaning solution for our piercings but only after being scolded for complaining about the wait. Our piercer (I did not catch their name) was very cognizant of hygiene and ensuring that all of the instruments remained sterile within her working field. However, during my lengthy wait, I noticed other piercers touching things on the check out counter and then going back into the piercing room without changing gloves or washing their hands. Once, my piercing was completed, over all, I was satisfied because, after all that time, I finally got what I had come in for, However, in all honestly, if the other people in my group were not so set on getting piercings I would have not gotten my piercing done here. Hopefully my piercing heals nicely, but overall, I do not recommend. read more

I got my eyebrows, nose, and lips pierced here, they did an amazing job! everything was clean and sterilized, they told me what to expect, and did it quickly so it wouldn't hurt too bad. Been going here since I was 18 I gotten my tongue, ears, belly, nose, & dermal done here. Each by Ryan he isn't their anymore ( probably the only nice one that was there ) but they do such good piercings& tattoos. They have beautiful art work of their work on the walls. Was very clean, everything came prepackaged and she disinfected everything. My friend had her first piercing and it was a smooth and painless. DO NOT GET PIERCINGS HERE! I got my mid helix piercing done here and they used a huge curved bar, which should never be used in helix piercings. They didn't let me choose the jewelry and I ended up taking the piercing out so it doesn't heal crooked or get infected. It was also unclean and the tattoo artists were unprofessional. A friend recommended that I go here after I told her I wanted a micro dermal piercing, and said they'd be the cheapest. "Cheap" usually means not well done to me, but I decided to give it a shot. They were $10 cheaper than everywhere else, and I called before I went. They guy who answered the phone (regrettably, I forgot his name) was very nice and answered all my questions with patience, very unlike other tattoo places I've called. I walked in with 2 friends and I immediately told him what I wanted. There was no one else in there, so the paperwork and payment went quickly and I was in the seat getting prepped in a matter of 5 minutes. He was very thorough in cleaning everything, and told me that the micro dermal process takes longer than most piercings and that it would probably be uncomfortable longer. He suggested that I move it a few cm up from where I originally wanted it, because it would be easier for him and less painful for me. I'm all for that! As he started drilling, he was VERY quick and skillful, I didn't feel a thing! He was also really fun to talk to and really nice, again, unlike other tattoo artists I've run into. I was probably in that place a total of 15 minutes. This place gets 4/5 stars for excellent customer service, advice, skillfulness, and proficiency. But, I can't speak for their tattoos, which is why I'm withholding a star. read more

Me and my brother went and both got words by the women in the second room to the right . I don't remember her name, but in total both our tattoos took about an hour . She charged us 50 each ... she was took her time with my words but I asked her to buy a little bit of shading under it to make it look a little fuller . She then got an attitude but did the shading . She rushed through that to the point that it scabbed up the day after I left . So now my tattoo is healed and all the shading I asked her to add just fell off she was a very bad tattoo artist , she doesn't take her time , and for something that's going to be on my body forever , I wish she would of taken her job a little bit more serious read more

I'm not even sure where to begin with this place lol... I may have received some of the WORST service by far by a guy named Justin. I walk in and instead of greeting me he just looks at me with an attitude.. (As if I was interrupting their empty tattoo shop) I explain that I'm here for a tattoo and he just looks and me and goes "ok, so what do you want"... Wow. So I pull up a picture of what I wanted and he goes "that's it?" As if my tattoo was too mediocre for his talents lolol this guy was a complete jerk (I'll refrain from using harsher words) from beginning to end. The tattoo I wanted was super simple and completely OVERPRICED. SIDENOTE : I usually go to an awesome place called Jack of Arts up the street (Great work, great prices, experienced artists, and a friendly and knowledgeable staff) BUT unfortunately they are closed on Mondays and I was in a time crunch just visiting my hometown from CA. So I settled for this place, regretting it terribly now :( But anyways Justin finally calls me over to the corner to start my tattoo then tells me I need to carry a chair over from the waiting room - with an attitude of course. Ummmm... Why am I carrying chairs over? Why is the room not properly set up before hand? (Or corner, should I say - it wasn't even a room) ITS PART OF YOUR JOB! NOT MINE. At this point I was just so pissed off that I was just ready to get out of there and never go back before he even started! (But of course they take your money at the very beginning) Every single tattoo that I've gotten the artist will chat with me to try and take my mind off of the pain, but nope not Justin. I tried to make conversation by asking him "oh how long have you been tattooing?" And he goes "since the summer" and continues right along with his bad attitude. I felt like I was a burden to him!! ... My tattoo came out decent, but like I said it was so simple that there wasn't really anything you could "mess up" on and to top it off he didn't even wipe the extra ink off of my arm, I had to wipe it off myself when I got home .... I really could go on forever about this horrible place, but I'm going to leave it at that. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this tattoo shop. Don't waste a dime of your money here. It's a shame that the quality of service of the Bedford location seems to have deteriorated once a tattoo artist named Gloria left. She was amazing, but this location now lacks good customer service and communication. I went into the Bedford shop on Monday, July 12, 2021, to get a few finger tattoos, being fully aware that finger tattoos tend to fade because of where they are located and require quick touchups after they heal. That's no biggie! What astounds me is how sketchy the tattoo artist who did these for me, Justin S., was. Justin did inform me that I could come back and get them touched up once they healed in two or three weeks. So I attempted to be proactive, and I made several calls that same week (of July 12, 2021) after my appointment to schedule the follow-up. The woman who answered, who I think I was also one of the piercers, was only able to tell me: "I can take your info, and he'll call you back when he can" (which I left my contact info with her), or "he's currently with another customer" (which the latter is totally understand), but I never received a call back to schedule the touchups and still have not heard from anyone there. I would absolutely not recommend going to this place at all. Super-sketchy, super-shady, and they have no interpersonal or social skills whatsoever when interacting with customers. Don't waste your money here. read more

Not bad, I stopped in for a piercing. Asked me about 2 questions throughout the whole process: What color? Where? and then the whole experience was over. I was in there for about 10 minutes total and 9 minutes and 30 seconds of that was spent doing paper work and waiting to get called back. The piercing was painless and sanitary so that gets 3 stars for me. Minus a star because I can't speak for the tattoos and minus a star because I didn't really have much of an experience. Not an overly friendly place, but just friendly enough to keep you from taking your business elsewhere. I went with a couple of my friends to get piercings and one of the piercers made VERY concerning comments. This piercer was a white woman with brownish black medium length hair, please beware of this woman. What was said is the definition of sexual harassment and this is fucking unacceptable. Getting pierced is a personal and intimate experience, and making these sexually challenged comments is never acceptable, ESPECIALLY when someone is getting pierced. These comments are simply never acceptable, but during a piercing appointment is disgusting. No one should ever be put in this situation. My friend was and is STILL uncomfortable by this experience and we will never return. This piercer should not be piercing anyone. The unprofessionalism of this piercer is unacceptable and I hope she never pierces another person ever again. Other than that the other staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. The experience with this specific piercer, however, was completely unacceptable. read more

THE WORST. Not only is the staff low-key rude af, but they aren't even good at their jobs. Went to Justin for double nostril piercings (on either side or my nose) and he messed it up twice. Then I gave the blonde guy a go and his attempt left the same results; crooked and not symmetrical. I will not be back and you shouldn't go there either. I wish I could rate this lower than a 1/5 stars. No stars. This place is horrible with customer service. Originally came here for a tattoo because it seemed affordable. My tattoo artist was nonchalant about doing my tattoo and almost seemed annoyed at me for taking the time and numerous attempts to place the sketch on my skin perfectly, because after all I cared EXACTLY how it was placed because a tattoo is permanent. There was a long wait ahead of me to get tatted. The ink faded within 2 weeks and I had to wait 6 weeks for a re-touch- which I showed up because I was told we could not schedule appointments but found out he couldn't take me that day because he had a bigger piece scheduled that day, like EXCUSE ME. When I first went here, it was to get a simple cartilage piercing so it went all right. Good, cheap price with decent service as kinda expected. The second time I came back I was getting a navel piercing. After waiting I was brought to the same corner-not even a damn room with a door- as last time. There was zero privacy and mind you there were various people out in the waiting room who were watching me get my damn piercing... it was hella sketchy and a bad experience. Also side note my damn piercing is crooked!!! Ugh!!! Still, I came back to get a tattoo... It came out eh but omg the damn tattoo artist took a smoke break every 10 minutes like god damn how the hell are you gonna finish this piece man. Will not be returning to the Bedford location, sadly. I went in for a small tattoo on my wrist and its horrible. I will have to get it covered up once it heals. The lines aren't solid and straight, and it appears extra lines were added to try to make up for mistakes. The artist claimed they feathered my arrow to make it prettier but now that its settling into my skin, it was because they couldn't do proper lines. Which sucks because it doesn't even look like it can be fixed. It was suppose to be a sweet, clean and simple letter but it looks rugged like timidly horror movie lettering. I'm not even sure the artist was even suppose to be tattooing, this tattoo is so bad. Especially towards the end it was mentioned it wasn't even their booth, which sucks because whoever's booth it was had great artwork pinned up but I can't risk returning and getting another bad tattoo. I got another tattoo from a different shop the same day to at least end up with something that made me happy and its healing beautifully while this one is sore and still a tad bit red.. could be due to placement but still not pleased. I wish I would've read these reviews before stepping into this shop. read more

I've gotten a total of four tattoos here, and had no problems until my latest tattoo. All the tattoos I've gotten here were very very simple, nothing fancy. Some hearts, a name, paw prints, and the outline of a cat. The latest, being a cat, was done by a tattoo artist named Clint. Maybe it was just his personality, but he made me feel like I was an inconvenience and that he didn't want to be there at all. I could get over that, what I couldn't get over is that he messed up my tattoo. Like I said, it was an outline of a cat that I found on google that I really liked. I printed out the picture, and brought it to him. He decided he wanted to freehand it. Fine, whatever. He freehanded it and it looked great. I told him to go for it. Near the end of the tattoo, though, it fades off. It isn't a clean cut, if that makes sense. It's like if you're writing with a pen and it runs out of ink. I'm only giving two stars and only one because the other tattoos I've gotten there were done well and usually everyone there is extremely nice. However, if you go there, do not let Clint do any tattoo work on you. read more
