I had no idea what to expect when I booked this. It's marketed as a low impact workout, but I would say it's more of a workout recovery session with benefits. I was shown how to position myself for each "workout". You align your body on this big roller - like one of those massage rollers but really big. It's heated and has infrared lights so it's supposed to be good for your skin. I liked it so much, it was really relaxing. So relaxing that I almost dozed off doing a couple of the positions. It was able to massage my shoulders and legs that were feeling sore from working out. I've gone for about a week now, and I don't see any "sculpting" benefits yet, but my body feels less tense and I slept great after my last session! read more

As a plus-size girlie, I felt completely comfortable! I loved the experience so much that I ended up purchasing the 13-session package so that I could come back every week or so. Detox soo good! tried the bodyroller class with Chanel and Devon. it did not disappoint. Newbies-Real talk about lymph drainages: they are not meant to be comfortable... so definitely know that before hand but for someone who has a lymphatic massage before, this is way better! The different positions on the roller allow you to really hit troubled areas of stubborn fluid and fat. Some of the positions feel amaze ( calf and booty) but others can be tender but hurts so good. Chanel and Devon have great personalities and created a super welcoming atmosphere. if you are too shy to take the class or nervous, fear not! these gals know how to make it a great experience. I opted to do the beginner class with sauna. parking available on sides of the building in small lots. bathroom available inside as well. arrive a little early to get settled and out your items in a cubby. wear tight thin gym clothes. sports bra and shorts with socks was best in my opinion. they are all about body positivity so dont get intimidated :), they review the timers and poses and walk you thru every pose and change. at the end, you get an amazing peppermint cooling towel to wiping and relax your joints and face. add on the sauna, it is an even deep detoxification sweating on the lingering toxins. again, Chanel spoils you with a peppermint towel and debuffing face stones. it was awesome. I'd never heard of body rolling before (clubbing doesn't count!), but I'm so happy that Shanelle brought these machines into my life. It really is like a massage and a workout all rolled into one 45-minute session, and even my watch recognizes it as true exercise. I love that it's completely up to me as to how much pressure I want to put on each body part, and that it works on (almost) everything from the neck down. You just walk in and do your thing, no one looks at you or judges you and the time goes by so fast. And if you ever lose track of what to do next, the posters on the walls are really helpful (as is Shanelle or whoever happens to be there to help). I love this! I had my first class at body shape this morning- i was instructed to enter via the main double doors (they're the first suite on the right) to find a locked door & signs requesting not to knock as sessions are in progress- HMM. The number to text if you're stranded at the front door was not responding & alas, a phone call did the trick. At this point, I walk in 4 minutes late to a low lit, relaxing session (& I'm annoyed because I was there EARLY but after some remarks on my part, I'm calm).
