Service was polite, professional and courteous. Perfect. The car was delivered washed and the plastic headlight lenses were buffed out. Okay so I'm not happy with this place at all. When my husband died leaving me alone and broke in a house fire it slightly had damage to my Toyota truck and to my much loved crossfire. Well I believe the windshield and the side mirror were broken but not much else in damage. Wee I was a Widow but I guess he thought like most people I had insurance on my husband but no. He charged me surprisingly almost exactly what my car insurance paid me. The paint didn't match and the clear coat has peeled. I had this car 16 years and took excellent care of it. There is no way it should have cost that plus he screwed me over on my Toyota by painting one side with sparkles the other side flat. Clown vehicles is what they looked like when we left there. My Men at Marlows had to clean up all the glass etc that Chris should have done. To say I'm not happy is an understatement. I went there four times and when my husband was alive and dealt with Chris he got things done right but when he died I got taken for a ride. I will not ever take a vehicle there again. It's not honest like when Gene was running it. It took me three years to calm down and send this. Please stop taking advantage of widows it's not cool! This is what I went through and I'd hate to see it happen to someone else! read more

I came here looking to get an estimate for a few paint touch ups for my car. The old man was EXTRAORDINARILY RUDE. He asked me in a very rude tone what I wanted. I explained to him I just wanted the paint touches up on a few areas of my car. He seemed very frustrated and annoyed every time I pointed out something new. He gave me an estimate and acted like he did not want to do the job. Luckily for him, I took my business elsewhere. My whole experience was hassle free and they handled all the insurance paperwork prior to my arrival. Every aspect of my experience with this body shop was spectacular. I took my vehicle in to get it inspected after I was involved in an accident, and my the first impression that both my wife and I got was impressive. The shop was nicely decorated, organized and so clean! On a Thursday, Lydia came out to the van and assessed the damages, and we scheduled the repair for the following Monday. We were told that a final estimate could not be given until the rear bumper had been removed because the trailer hitch had been damaged and needed to be replaced, leaving an unknown factor that more damage may be found on the vehicle's frame. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and communication on the progress was prompt. A new trailer hitch and a new bumper had to be ordered, which caused a very minor delay in the repair. The van looked beautiful (and had been nicely washed) when we picked it up four days later. We met the shop owner when we picked up the van, and praised him for the excellent work and the outstanding service that his staff had provided. read more

My wife was hit by a deer in her BRAND new 2017 Subaru Forester. For years, we have known Body Shop by Gene Cochetti was the best in town. With no hesitation, we had LUGO Towing (awesome as well) send the car right to their shop and dropped the key off in the drop box. You will find their shop is immaculate and their work is even better. The car was picked up 5 days later and it looks like brand new off the car lot with the color matching EXACTLY and dent free which was a really important to us. There might be some other reputable shops in town, but I would just send your car directly to their shop. Cochetti body shop is incredibly professional and trustworthy. I was very happy with my experience there. I have a '99 Tacoma pickup that I want to keep driving as long as I can. Because of a bad seal for many years, all around where the windshield gasket meets the roof was rusted badly. It had begun to leak in the rain. Chris said they could pull the windshield and grind the rust out and patch it up best they could. The work would not be warranted because it wasn't the type of repair they could guarantee would last, which I understand and accept. When I picked up my truck it was repaired well beyond my expectations. The roof looked like a factory roof. They blended the paint all the way across the roof and down the sides. It looks great and is well sealed. Gene came out to explain what they had done and they certainly took every step to ensure the repair was done right and would last. They even buffed out my hazed headlights and took care of another very minor repair without trying to add in other charges. The follow through and attention was great. I would certainly use them again. I also used them for some insurance related work when I was rear ended in the same truck and my experience was similar. They did great work and were hassle free and friendly. They are to the point and you never feel like you're being fed a line of BS. read more
