It was amazing. The only thing that was a little annoying (if I had to say anything) was the amount of times people came in and out of the room. You are asked to come in 15-30 minutes before your service so you can prepare without being rushed. Upon arrival, I was greeted and a staff member brought me to the locker room so I could change into my robe and slippers. With your service you also receive a locker with your name on it and a piece chocolate inside which I thought was a nice personalized touch. I was then taken to the "quiet room" to enjoy complimentary drinks and refreshments. I loved the quiet room because it was literally so quiet that you can hear a pen drop. It is a nice escape for anyone who wants to enjoy peace and quiet. The service I received during this visit was the body balance massage. The massage was very relaxing and I appreciated the essential oil treatment which made the experience even more serene. After my massage I spent a little more time in the quiet room enjoying refreshments. I definitely recommend Woodhouse for solo, couples, or groups. Service was great, staff was polite and professional. I plan on going back again very soon.

They did my toes, and the pedicure was fine, but the paint started to bubble up while I was getting my manicure done, so they took all the gel paint off my toes (using the little dremel tool, NOT a soak off - so they did a lot of damage to my nails, and almost went through one of the toe nails completely) and redid one foot with the same results, so they took the paint off AGAIN and had me chose another color. Then they finished the manicure but it's so lumpy and sloppy it looks bad. The girls were both nice enough, but it was NOT worth the $126 for the botched job - especially considering I was there for nearly 3 hours.

My regular person got started on me and after about 20 or 30 mins she cut my finger with the drill and it is nowhere near the cuticle line. I immediately went into tears. She didn't say anything immediately. As my finger bled I had to ask for alcohol and a bandaid. After about 10 minutes the owner came over and tried to say that it was because I should have gotten my nails soaked off instead of getting a refill. I told her to just take them off. She asked me to let my finger heal and come back another day. They didn't offer me any water or anything and still made me pay $12 to get my nails taken off and I am 7 months pregnant!
