I came to him dealing with chronic and constant back pain, mostly from recent weight lifting and what I later learned was some misalignment in my hips. I had tried sports massages, heating/icing, foam rolling, stretching and nothing seemed to help my lower back pain. I was honestly just hoping for a little relief--but what I got was so much more. Dan is not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable in his work, but he also brings such a grounded, genuine presence that made me feel immediately at ease. He took the time to really listen and understand what was going on with my body, and his approach was both intuitive and precise. After just one session, I've already noticed a real difference in how I move and feel--something I didn't think was possible after struggling with this pain for so long. Dan was also extremely flexible around my schedule and worked to get me in last minute, which showed not only his passion for what he does, but his commitment to helping others.
