Actually my Dr. from Stanford Medical referral me as part as my treatment to Rise. For me it's been a godsend. If you've ever dealt with dizziness then you know it can be very stressful. I've been educated how to deal with episodes, when I feel I need extra help I know I can see someone to get relief. Kim is amazing and very thorough she knows her stuff for sure. I had recently undergone back surgery and mentioned that my leg had been hurting. Even though I was there for my hip, Dr. Feng immediately took the concern seriously. He stopped what he was doing, performed a thorough examination of both of my legs, and told me he was concerned I might have blood clots. He sent me directly to the hospital for testing, where it was confirmed that I had blood clots in both legs. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Feng's attentiveness, compassion, and professionalism. His willingness to listen caretully and go beyond the immediate reason for my visit made all the difference. I truly believe his actions may have saved my life, and I will always be thankful to have had him as my doctor.

I am now 5 months post-full knee replacement. This review will be as superlative as the first one! My therapist was Danny, the owner; he was very disciplined about making sure that I could reach full extension and flexion and emphasized the need to continue to work on this even after achieving the goals in this arena. This was only one aspect of his work. I am very comfortable with a full range of activities at this stage, and continue to be grateful for the work of Danny and his assistants. She (and other PTs at Back on Track) brought me from severe frozen shoulder with excruciating pain and greatly restricted range of motion -- to being virtually pain-free and having most of my range of motion restored in about five months. I'm excited that I can use my once-useless arm to do all the things I couldn't do when I started physical therapy with Kavina. She used all the proper exercises and treatments at all the right times to achieve this excellent result. Back On Track's office staff and helpers are also wonderful. I came for a neck injury and all the staff here are nice, knowledgeable, and friendly. Eugene, Christine, Chris, and Julia are all great to work with. I've worked with Riley, Christine, and David and all three have been fantastic. They've been knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and great at explaining the "why" behind the exercises and treatment plan. The office itself is also run extremely efficiently. Communication has been clear from day one, scheduling has been smooth, and honestly it just sets the golden standard for how a medical/therapy office should operate. The Limber Health app can be a little finicky at times, but that's obviously outside of the clinic's control. I still really appreciate having the assigned "homework" exercises between sessions because it helps keep progress moving forward outside the office. Overall, really solid experience so far and I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone starting PT, especially if you're new to the process like I was.

This review is because…read moremy last appointment which was a video follow up a few weeks after my last knee injection was canceled less than a day before my scheduled appointment. The doctor was unable to see me and my appointment was rescheduled for two days later. I was not happy about this appointment being canceled on short notice because it was my last one before my case closed and we moved to the settlement phase. Sol Medical should have doctors on call to see patients when their doctor is unavailable to see them on short notice.
