I am in Portland Oregon, and went to see Jon at Body Mind Spirit. I had received a shoulder injury June 2019, and have been to two different physical therapists, twice a week, since that time. In one visit with Jon, he increased my range of motion with gentle massage and manipulation, more than all that physical therapy! He is definitely at the top of his game, professionally. He also showed me more effective stretching exercises than either physical therapist had provided. I had received a prescription for 'massage' from my doctor, and he kind of left it to me to find a massage therapist. Sometimes finding a provider for a Workers' Comp injury can be difficult to find, so I looked online and found Body Well Therapy. I organized a massage day for the company I work for as part of our health and wellness program. We had three therapist come to our office and they did 15 minute massages on 40 employees over the course of five a half hours. The event ran flawlessly. All three therapists were friendly, professional, on time and even flexible when it came to squeezing in an additional employee who didn't get signed up on time prior to the event. They were also very tidy when it came to their spaces they set up in our office and cleaned up after themselves prior to packing up and leaving for the day. Sooo many employees were giving us positive feedback throughout the day and in the days following the event. This is a wonderful place. And the Mobile Massage therapists are all excellent.They come to your place 10 to 15 minutes before the time of your appointment to set up the massage bed, and then start to give you a great deep tissue massage therapy with strong,expert and healing hands. When I started with Body Well 2 years ago, I was suffering from fatigue, after years of traveling so often with the Foreign Service life. This is by far the best massage I have had in Washington, DC! It is always a challenge for me to find someone who can give me a deep tissue massage with the strength I need and Terrance definitely exceeded my expectations. The price is unbeatable to have someone come to your home!! You will find the same prices and more expensive for places you have to go out of your way to drive to or metro. Not only is the quality the best I have found in DC, but the price is excellent and they give you a full 60 min massage, not 50 min! Our Bodywell Therapists were amazing! We had a conference weekend in Clearwater and had both staff chair massages and private swedish massage sessions for our client. Our client was very pleased with Lilian and the consistency of her work over three days of massages. For chair massages we had Mary, and she was fantastic.
