I called and they said they didn't open until an hour later, but their website allowed me to book at 9am. Had to wait around for an hour since I was already there and kind of desperate. But make sure they do really understand you over the phone, because there were miscommunication on our last visit. First they changed our appointment three times. We requested 90 minutes section on the phone, but we were informed that they can only do 60 minutes. Here's a tip when making appointment: Avoid long sentences. Instead, use simple key words, would help them understand better. The masseurs we like are Lynn and Wendy. Let me tell you, these girls are slim and small, but their hands and feet are so powerful! They know where the sore spots are in your body, they will focus and work on it throughly! Definitely have them to walk on your back, they can really get yo the sore spots! You can also let them know what part of the body you want them to spend more time to massage. They are flexible and easy to work with. The room was well prepared with slow lighting ambience and zen music. They seem to be pretty well equipped and the masseuses are experienced from when I can tell. You want to specify the areas that you need massaged and they'll address your problems. Tell them how hard or soft you need the massage and any other special considerations within reason and they'll comply. They can do the hot oil and hot rocks which really warms down to your soul. One of THE best massages I've ever had!!!!! Although I get massages pretty often (every few weeks), this was my first oriental massage. Per suggestion I requested Wenny- she.was.amazing!!!!! She was very attentive to what parts of my body were sore and needed extra attention, what amount of pressure I wanted, and how I was doing throughout the massage.
