As soon as we walked in, we were greeted initially by Cindy and I believe it was the Manager who were very friendly. The massage therapists, Cindy and Larry was highly professional and did an amazing job. My husband advised Larry what areas are painful and immediately began focusing on the areas that need attention. During the session, he used a combination of multiple techniques which was just what I needed to relieve stress and muscle tightness. My husband also said Cindy did an amazing job. She too focused on the painful areas. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable ensuring a pleasant experience. While the prices were slightly higher than some local competitors, the quality of service and overall experience made it worth every penny. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. My appointment was rescheduled twice, from 6:00 to 6:15 and then again to 6:30. While I was understanding, it wasn't a great start. I paid $153 for a 75-minute massage that was advertised to include deep tissue work, hot stones, three aromatherapy blends, therapeutic stretching, an ice globe facial treatment, and a relaxing scalp and foot massage. Instead, I received about 60 minutes of someone rubbing large amounts of oil across my back. There was very little technique, no real attention to the areas I requested, and none of the relaxing flow or pressure I expect from a professional massage. It was actually uncomfortable at times, and I found myself just waiting for it to end. I don't know if this was due to a lack of experience or a lack of care, but the service I received did not match what was advertised or what I paid for. It felt like money wasted. Based on my experience, I'd recommend spending a little more elsewhere if you're looking for a quality massage.

My top notch regular spa has professionals, in a really nice, professional location with trained therapists, and they charge $150 for 75 mins. I feel like this was amateur hour and did not get what I requested at all. This was a huge waste of my time and money and would not recommend more than $50 or even just getting a chair massage at your local nail salon for the extra $20 add on they charge you Con: quality - the masseuse is young and clearly doesn't have any formal training - I'm sure the manager has given him some basic training and he wasn't horrible but NOT skilled. I asked, in advance, for a male and a deep tissue massage (I find they are usually better with deep tissue), I said I was in for an extremely bad/painful lower back and to focus there - he spent almost less time on my lower back than anywhere else and the few times he used pressure with his elbow, it was almost on my spine and was painful not in the right way So - summary - I would NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you are super desperate for a massage and you only want a relaxation massage, requiring less Massage knowledge and skill. Bring a friend so you don't feel so odd in this private apartment (and maybe some toilet paper in case you need to pee before or after the massage). And try to negotiate a rate more commensurate with a non-professional working out of their home.
