After leading us into our room and asking us to undress, they knocked like 10 minutes later and made it seem as though we were supposed to have come out of the room and let them know we were ready. After asking if we were ready, they started laughing and whispering to each other as they were coming back in. Then it got even worse. My massage therapist used improper draping techniques and my lower half was exposed. She also kept using her elbow to massage my hamstring/glutes & kept pushing all the way into my groin in an inappropriate way. I simply couldn't believe it. It was a pretty terrible experience and I won't be returning. My partner's massage went well, but my therapist must have been new or something, as I would like to think she didn't have any ill intent.

Additionally, upon leaving the session, I observed that the entire interaction had been voice recorded without my knowledge or consent. After reviewing all documentation and consent forms within my patient portal, I found no indication that recording was part of the intake process, nor was this disclosed verbally during the session. Beware that clinical decisions will be made without comprehensive lab work or a detailed review of medical history. I was prescribed blood pressure medication despite my documented history of syncope. This seemed medically inappropriate and potentially unsafe (maybe im just not knowledgeable enough, who knows). I can imagine what prescribing ketamine sessions could do to someone without proper medical review. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this facility felt unsafe for those looking for long term options without the use or over prescription of pharmaceuticals or ketamine. THIS FACILITY DOES NOT DO ANY SORT OF THERAPY THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE RX OR KETAMINE.

This office is always timely and I rarely have to wait (like so many other doctors offices) for my appointment.

Two days prior to appt w/CBT it was cx'd as I was told 'he had an appt'. What? Explained situation that I've been on books for 2 months and awaiting sleep test. Was told I'd be put on 'immediate cancellation list' for next few days. Never was contacted. Sleep test: home test went horribly wrong from the start. Technician not available to instruct me on equip so front desk receptionist showed me in 7 mins. Failed to mention one cannot sleep on side or face down w/kit. I pulled out 100 hairs as sticky's moved during night to scalp. System did not read. They ordered a second test of differing kind: Velcro strap was sized for girth of a horse and slipped off during night, so again no read. Asked to repeat test and was told 'no'. Ok, now for tele call for results from Wilmar- had appt for 10 am...9.55 she's not signed on yet, 10 not signed on. 10:05. 10:10 no sign on. Finally I call front office and she eventually calls me back asking if I'd like to reschedule for off appt. She didn't know how to use telecall! We had 8 min of conversation which she just read from report and could not explain anything to me. Waste of time and money. Do not recommend. Found out later CBT left practice. I never once saw an MD. Wilma did recommend an at clinic sleep study. Hard pass as wouldn't trust them to do a proper study.
