In the midst of your yoga workout, no matter what level you are at. The instructors are very inclusive, and will meet you where you're at in terms of your practice, will give you variations and modifications as needed, and will even cater to all levels of yogis, whether you want to go super advanced, or you just want to basic stretch. I love that they are not pushy, and they engage you at a higher level. The studio, and the location itself is very clean and cater to people of all lots of life, and their prices are pretty affordable.

Our class was the 2021 throwbacks, there's a bunch of TV's to watch the videos while cycling. Fun lighting and loud music to get you motivated. There's a board to keep up with your speed and the class we took incorporated arms with dumbbells. You can use your own sneakers or rent the clip in shoes for an extra $2. I thought it might be a bit awkward without the shoes but these bikes make it easy to just wear your sneakers with adjustable straps on the top of your feet. The instructor was fun, friendly and the perfect hype girl to get you through the class. If spinning isn't your thing, there's other classes too. We enjoyed our first visit!

First time on the reformer and I was in for a ride! The work our left my limbs feeling the burn…read moreimmediately after the end of class, usually i feel the burn after going to sleep and waking up. Hitting the stairs in hyde park heading to car was such a task. The reformer is operated from both ends, there are multiple gadgets to alter the tension on the pulley. There is also gadgets to help with modifications. There are optional weights. The room is pretty dark with cool neon blue lights, sort of help with focus. I do feel like half way through, the AC could've been pumped up a bit. I'd suggest wearing no socks, unless grippers and long leggings because the leather on the reformer can get slippery from sweat and you know other people's sweat to consider from previous classes - though there are wipes! There's no actual demonstrations, so be sure to listen to the instructions verbally being stated. As a first timer, it took a while to understand some of the names of the pieces of the reformers but Jodi, our instructor, was motivating, energetic, and helped assist when necessary. No idea how she did all at once lol Jodi had a great playlist as well. There is a code emailed to those schedule for the class because the door stays lock for safety. There are lockers for your things - I didn't know how to work it, so I, like many, brought there things in the room and stored it under the reformer and out the way. The bathroom has all the necessities - spray deodorant, tampons, hair supplies, and more.

If you're a first timer they celebrate you being there by saying welcome on a little sign at the front desk, and your name on a sign where the locker area is. There is a small retail area with clothing, socks, drinks, and other accessories for class. There's a bathroom with shower and feminine products. The instructor I have done classes with has been really nice also. The studio room is huge there's space for 20 people at least. It's a very nice and welcoming atmosphere which is what I always try to look for with fitness places.

Classes are on the pricey side but I'm willing to splurge for an engaging and motivating exercise class that has me leaving feeling fulfilled and energized.

The traffic just getting there even during off peak hours is the only reason I don't go as much, but I would definitely recommend it! It was a little confusing in the beginning because they have different buildings so I was not sure which one actually had the class I signed up for however, after going a few times I was familiar with it. The parking is not the best. The staff is very friendly! Most of the classes are always full so it's very hard to get a spot unless you join the waitlist and hope to get in.
