Due to the pricing discrepancy we were given an addtl hour on top of the one hour allotted. The staff was uber friendly! The office sits street side just near the lagoon. We were able to leave all of our belonging at their location. We were given basic instructions and sent on our way. There is a small sand bar where we rested, swam and enjoyed the view. The lagoon had others who were either paddle boarding as well, kayaking & swimming. I would recommend this company and will be using them again.

I learned improvements to some exercises I have been doing for years. I've only been going for three weeks, and I already see noticeable changes in myself. Normally I get bored of fitness classes and find them repetitive, but this gym mixes it up each class, so I'm often learning something new. This is a fantastic gym!

Overall, a pretty decent gym. They have lots of cardio machines, mainly treadmills and ellipticals,…read morebut also a few statinary bikes, stairs, and rowing machines. They also have a good variety of wieght machines and free weights. They have a sycling classroom upstairs and an aerobics classroom on the ground level. They have a kids area so you can leave you kids while you work out. Unfortunately, they only operate weekdays during morning and evening rush hours. Bathrooms aren't very big, but they have lockers and a few showers. I usually go around 9-10am. It is quiet and peaceful. Not may people. Unfortunately, they don't offer classes at that time. Claases are only early in the morning or in the evening. On the weekends they do give classes during the day (but I don't work out on weekends). My biggest complaint are the aggressive tactics from the trainers to get you to sign up for personal training. I get it, it is their moneymakers. Still, don't like it.
