Aloha kakou. I have never been a big fan of hypno therapy by any means. The therapists I have…read moregone to in the past were never able to make a connection with me. Therefore, I could never benefit from the session/s on any level. Also, I wasn't ready for their expertise to begin with. To many distractions in my personal life. I was to blocked off because of my own personal anger issues, anxiety, selfishness and being controlled by my own ego. But that all changed when I had a serious accident in August/2022.
I first met Jon Marie about 2 years ago. At which time, I was experiencing extreme physical pain from a severe back injury. Subsequently, I ended up getting emergency spinal fusion surgery in Honolulu. But during my first session with Jon Marie and prior to my surgery, I was able to calm myself enough to find my center balance with the pain I was experiencing at the time. This helped tremendously with my breathing and re-directing the pain through my mental strength. In other words, it helped me find strength within. To manage the pain without pain meds (allergic reactions). Something, I never knew you could do when you have an extreme spinal condition.
Fast forward to March/2025. With my back healing up nicely and slowly resuming my normal, every day activities, I was able to schedule a session with Jon Marie once again. This time, without the physical pain I was experiencing during our first session. To be completely honest, the session I recently had with her was life altering in a way that will benefit me for the rest of my life. In ways, I don't even know yet. If that makes sense at all. I was able to express and release very personal issues that had been negatively affecting me for some time now. I can't even really explain it exactly. But I am in complete peace now with these issues from the past and feel more connected to life now as a whole. Both physical and spiritual.
If you want or need hypnotherapy to assist you in your life for the better, you don't need any advice from me whatsoever. Just schedule an appointment with Jon Marie. But let me tell you something first. It WILL NOT work for you if you are holding back, if you're full of anger, hate, worry, resentment, vengeful and thoughts of blame towards others and yourself. Don't waste your time either if you're looking for pity. You must "check your ego at the door," if you want to find yourself. Jon Marie is the key to that door. (breathing deeply)..
Jon Marie is blessed. I know this because I could literally feel this energy from her. From that very first session, in extreme pain from an excruciating pinched nerve in my lower lumbar and with no feelings in my legs at the time, I could feel the love she has in her heart. In her spirit. She gives every part of herself during her sessions. This can be draining for a lot of people. She offers all of herself anyway. Because she is part of the universal collective of like minded individuals who want to share joy, peace and love with the rest of the planet. Through her light.
The universe, if you allow it to, will guide you to where you need to go, what you need to do. The universe will guide the right people and the right circumstance/s for you as well. But you have to rid yourself of the impurities that hold you back from being your true and authentic self. If you let Jon Marie help you find your way, you undoubtedly will. In doing so, you will eventually find something far more important. You.
