They offer a free week, but also offer free classes every Sunday currently to the community. Katie, the instructor of that class is lovely to listen to and power through yoga flow. The heat is not humid which is also nice. Set at 95 degrees, the room feels hot, but not unbearable. If you're new to yoga, this probably isn't the spot for you, because their CP1 class is only on the schedule once a week, but there are other locations that offer more. I also love that they have classpass offerings so I can drop in when I am in the area.
