I got the grand tour and saw all of the special workout rooms, childcare, coworker space, Pickleball courts, pools, recovery, areas, cold, plunges, saunas, and more. I loved how vast the actual gym floor was, with plenty of machines and free weights, everything you could think of, and not too crowded. Although it was a Saturday afternoon, I get the feeling that it's never unbearably crowded. They have enough machines to go around to avoid long lines. I got a great workout in, and then we hit the showers. We went in the sauna for a bit, as well as switched between the hot tub and cold plunge, it was really nice. I love that the locker rooms have everything you need, large and small towels, toiletries, and hairdryers The showers are hot with great water pressure and everything feels very clean. I had such a nice experience here. However, I don't think it's worth the membership price. Not only is it almost half an hour from me, but even if it was two minutes away, i don't think i could justify the $330 a month price tag. There's just not enough value there.

I tried workout apps, weight training notebooks, every website and guide and book to try to train myself into some sort of motivation... I would manage to have some discipline for a week, max -- and then I'd skip a day, and then a few days, and then it had been months. Then my partner found The Fitness Branch. He loved it, immediately. "It's kettlebells, you'll love it, I promise." I was skeptical -- but he signed me up for a few private sessions to get the hang of it and man, I haven't looked back. That first session with Leandra changed my life. She was the very first person to truly understand and care about my fitness needs, and offer a steady and sustainable journey towards my goals. Getting stronger physically has helped my brain get stronger, and that's worth the whole endeavor -- but it's also incredibly satisfying to lay on the gym floor in a puddle of your own sweat after working really hard and having a great time while doing it. Leandra also has a background in PT -- so whenever aches and pains appear from your daily life, she always has a stretch or seven to help set you right. She understands the physiology of the kettlebell movement to the point where she can adapt an entire workout on the fly to fit your specific needs, especially if you have an injury or a flare-up. It's hard to fully express my gratitude for this place -- but perhaps the best way to share how I feel is to urge you to come by and try it out. You'll love it, I promise.

As soon as I get there, I noticed how old all the equipment was along with the building, the floor is dirty. It was so packed with equipment and left and right who is the categorization of what equipment next to what is just a complete mess and cancelled my membership. Thank goodness I got a full refund.

Both branches confirmed I was successfully transferred but then later after I tried to pause my account, I was still getting charged. So I went in to the Wadsworth one to ask about the charges I was still getting and both branches told me they couldnt find me in their system. So I had to open an entirely new account. It took hours to do this but its fine since it techincally cleared the balance I was concerned about. I was actually just going to quit PF in general but then I saw an offer that said you can start an account with no contractual obligations. So I was giving it one more try and now I have this new account open. But then one month into this new account they charged me for a $60+ annual fee in addition to my monthly charges. So i cancelled that account knowing I just lost a lot of money for basically nothing. But then I found out the previous account that they said they couldn't find was still active because I was still getting charged for it and even had late fees. So I had to contact the billing department to figure out how to locate my account so I can shut it down. Somehow they were able to find it instantly this time even though I spent hours in conversation between branches to locate it last time and came up empty handed. And now I'm being told that I cant be refunded because I didn't cancel the membership depite being told earllier that my account couldn't be found. How can I cancel something if they can't find it? Anyways I still have a balance and fees to pay but I cancelled anyways and I'm not paying them because I'm never returning to this terrible gym. I wish I could get all the money and time I lost back and put it all into Vasa Fitness instead.

When we arrived, we were denied entry and told that this location does not honor day passes, even though they advertise them online. Staff said the promotion is displayed only because corporate requires it, and then told us to "read the terms and conditions." It was indeed a waste of time but I would advise potential members to call ahead to verify if the details on their website for the branch are accurate. In my opinion, If a location doesn't honor a promotion, it shouldn't allow you to select that location or book an appointment in the first place. We went with the nearby 24 hour fitness instead after trying their facility.

When I cancelled and request to not be charged and refunded for the COCup in August as this trainer made me feel unsafe I was told hell no. Both owners threatened me via emails and only care about the money. They dont care about you as a human. I would add photos but I think this should suffice. Avoid these people and the fact this trainer is a KNOWN issue and then to be told "they aren't an employee". If you pay a business $500 in rent to personal train you're a contracted employee.
