Check the Florida Board of Nursing for Martin County & her name & Nursing # do not come up. I know a few trainers that have to be on steroids. After being out of the States seeing the steroid people are easy to point out. Some of the people still think tans are in & I see so many people there who look much older due to excessive tanning. The front desk people are very nice but I feel like I am in a time warp with all the tan, steroid people. That look with the fake nails, tans & muscles due to steroids. They have no idea how this look has been out for 15 years. Next they will be offering Ozempic. Main side effect of that injection is Thyroid Cancer. I feel bad for the people who will pass away from putting chemicals in their bodies. I did notice many of the same trainers so maybe the owner is a good guy to work for. No photos b/c I train when I go to the gym, not take photos of myself. I never saw anything like that. Next trip to the States I will be in Lake Worth & just go to the LA Fitness.

One of my biggest requests was 24-hour access, which was added within the last month. They have the typical cable weights, free weights, cardio, and a smoothie bar/station. But, they recently added an area that allows more Crossfit workouts, i.e., box jumps, sled drags, and such. Are you going to get something that a bigger club has, like a basketball court, swimming pool, and such nope. But you get the personalization of the owner being there, the staff knowing who you are when you visit, and it is not overcrowded. The staff consistently exceeds expectations and is very personable when I am there. If you want a more personalized experience instead of your average overcrowded gym, give them a try.
