He gives access for the first visit, GO TO DOOR M. Not L. He'll open the door for you and guide you through where things are. The equipment selection is excellent. He has a large selection of free weights, and machines to address every single muscle group. There is also treadmills, elliptical machines, stair stepper machine, and a variety of fitness balls and other loose equipment for that unique workout. There is a water cooler and disposable cups on site. Along with a fridge stocked with Gatorade, waters, and protein shakes. You just grab what you need and Venmo payment over. There is plenty, I mean PLENTY of sanitizing spray bottles and paper towels littered around the gym, to help keep the equipment clean and sanitized. With that being said. Here's the deal. This gym is not manned 24/7. This is an adults gym. No kids are allowed. You're expected to put things back the way you found them. That means, reracking weights, wiping down the equipment. This shopping center looks new so this studio is sparkling. I booked a flow 1 on a weekday and the class was packed. They do things a little different in Florida than they do in Dallas. You are able to check in on the app. When you arrive there is a dry erase board to tell you what springs to use, and any additional equipment needed. Cubbies for your stuff are located at the front so drop your stuff off and find a reformer. The workout is about the same. You get a full body workout starting with legs. Follow the instructors lead. They are able to offer modifications during the class. Club Pilates will spoil you, but it does come at a price. They sell swag and I own a lot of CP apparel. It's so cute! Download the CP app, book a class and do not forget your grippy socks!

But you get the personalization of the owner being there, the staff knowing who you are when you visit, and it is not overcrowded. The staff consistently exceeds expectations and is very personable when I am there. If you want a more personalized experience instead of your average overcrowded gym, give them a try.
