My second class with Brittany featured unique moves I've never done on a reformer before. They were challenging, effective, and genuinely fun. The studio itself is intimate with very cool lighting that creates a full vibe. They have cubbies for your belongings that you can see the whole time. The restroom is clean, and they provide a water cooler with purified water so you can fill your bottle. Lots of easy parking in their lot too. A fantastic addition to the Pilates community.

The owner and coach, Billy, was super welcoming, and I felt like I was a part of the community already when I walked in. He was also super attentive and even taught me some new movements that I hadn't done before. He ensured that I was never lost during any part of the warm-up and workout and explained everything thoroughly. It was almost like having a private trainer! He even helped suggest some ways to improve my form on certain lifts. When training at the same gym, you always have the same coaches, so it was very nice to get a new perspective because he was able to pick up on some things that my regular coaches did not see. This box has all the equipment you see at any other CrossFit gym, and it is well organized and very spacious. There are even little red squares on the floor that help everyone space out. I loved this box so much that I will definitely stop by at every opportunity I get when I am back in West Palm Beach. I am so glad that I found this location! I highly recommend everyone go here, whether you are just dropping in or looking to get started with CrossFit. You won't be disappointed, and you will be in great hands!

Packed with all your 'wheel'stetics to Aramox Fitness Ropes!' Etcetera...She mentioned her brother runs this location. Eh wow, of muscle tones veiled the floor scene. Yah think you in shape until 'Fitness' walk right up to you and say 'Come on In!' Was very IMpressed with their open and welcoming gym. AND I am not a go to the gym person, that's saying a lot! I will admit I was a wee bit shy!! LOL! All that changed when I walked in. Definitely, could use some of their cycling, strength training, for-real toned legs and tight calves....yes and yes. WOD Deets: It's more than a gym, it's a family here! Flags hanging from the ceiling to represent a piece of home for the MANY who train here! Gotta love the personal touch. Hate I could not take full advantage of the drop-in. BUTT Going back for the full treatment and after results! Cannot wait...
