Awful. Don't go. They ruined my face. I had a groupon for eyebrow microblading and this women did them crooked and not that same and thicker than I wanted. One had a arch and the other one was straight. I tired to see of it could be fixed during the touch up but she said they can only make thicker. I felt like my eyebrows looked like they needed plucking. She drew it first and the they she drew it looked fine but she didn't follow her drawing at all. And I would rate negative if I could. I have to use foundation to cover her mistakes now and they are permanent. This whole experience made me cry. Don't come here they totally suck. read more

I'm very disappointed with my microblading experience... my eyebrows are strange, straight, thin, and look so uneven... I read one review and bought from Groupon seriously worst money I've ever spent... the whole idea behind microblading is to avoid having the task of doing your eyebrows every morning. Now I'm going to have to work extra hard on them because of this botched mishap. The lady doing the microblading was pleasant enough but really untalented when it comes to eyebrows they really should let her go and hire someone who is better at their job. I've only used Aveda products for the past 20 years, so being that this is an Aveda salon, I decided to get bangs here. My hair is long, and I was tired of having it in my face and didn't want to have to wrap it in a bun for most of the day. Pierre gave me bangs, but....though he is such a nice person, I have to be honest and say that I have a mini-mullet. He cut parts of my hair that would not be considered bangs. He just went out slightly further than my temples. I noticed it right off, but didn't realize the gravity until I got to my car and looked at the mirror. When I put my hair back in a ponytail, there are uneven chunks of cut hair above my ears that should be part of my ponytail :( I don't know what to do. I am absolutely shattered. I explained what I wanted and even had a picture. I felt him grab hair that should not be cut, but he was so fast with the shears, I couldn't say anything quick enough. All I could do was watch him do it to the other side so at least it would be even...and now that my hair is in a ponytail, so I can survey the damage, it's not even at all. Thick chunks cut above my ear on the right, and not as thick on the left. I shift between long, layered hair, and long hair with bangs, so I know where my bangs should start and end. I've never had bangs cut 1.5 inches out past my temples and above my ears, except for when I donated my hair and got a pixie cut 6 years ago. I'm just in disbelief. read more

Pierre has potential if he would apply himself. My wife was going with him but he started acting weird and royally messed up her hair. His prices are never one set price, he's always more than an hour late and always says he's sick. I would recommend not allowing him to to touch your hair unless you want to be over charged and your hair to look cheap. If he starts to cut your hair please stop him. Pierre doesn't know how to cut hair. Please The salon has much better stylist that are way more professional then him. I would recommend Terry. She's a very talented master stylist. read more

I got a Groupon for eyelash extensions. When I arrived there was no one manning the front desk. It seemed everyone was hanging out in the back. My lashes looked okay from the front but you could clearly tell there weren't any on my outer lashes. From a closer inspection there was very visible space between my lash line and the lashes applied. Many of them were stuck together and some were eve stuck to my lower lashes. The lashes she used seemed very wiry and pokey. I would not recommend this salon for lash extensions. read more

I will never be back. If you are expecting Aveda rituals to be done(salon tour, complimentary cup of comfort tea, complimentary hand and arm massage during a process time, complimentary blue oil massage during a shampoo) this is NOT the place for you. But if you ARE expecting a place where your stylist talks about her home life issues & why and who she isn't getting along with in the salon, this is your place. Very unprofessional. I've gotten my hair cut here once before and had a fabulous time with Tasha. But today when I came in I was in a time crunch so I took the first available stylist. That was a HUGE mistake. They gave me crystal, who was sweet yes, but did not at all give me what I asked for. I even gave her a picture reference and yet did not get what I wanted. My hair was pretty long and went down my back, I asked for it to be cut just above my chest, and what I got was FAR from that, it's at my shoulders. From the beginning of my experience she clearly didn't know what she was doing, & now I have to wait for it grow out. Now I know only to go with someone I trust because then they'll leave you with really short hair when you only wanted basically a trim. It's really upsetting. read more

Was not happy with my experience today. I pre booked my appointment after leaving my first ever appointment with Elisha (who was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable). I showed up today, and the salon never informed me that Elisha no longer worked there. I was scheduled with another girl, who never told me her name. As a beauty service provider myself, I felt inclinded to give her a chance. I was mistaken. A Brazilian wax is a very invasive service and I was not at all comfortable during my appointment. The wax she used was not what I wanted. The position she had me in was not at all comfortable and was quite invasive. I was not handed my privacy garment as she opened the door to leave the room and I still have quite a few hairs left after waxing AND tweezing. Also, the girl stood at the front desk as I paid so I felt inclinded to give her a tip (although I was not happy with my service or lack of communication from the salon). Needless to say, I found Elisha on Facebook and will be seeing her for future services. read more

Worst haircut I've ever had. Repeatedly said I did not want my hair thinned out via texturizing. Said I did not want any cut off the length, just wanted ends trimmed. What does she do...she did the exact opposite with it. So very disappointed. I could have got this crappy haircut at Wal-mart $20. read more
