Went to Dr D since he first opened his new office in 2000. Was always friendly and funny guy. Took care of things the way I liked by not doing expensive work if it wasn't absolutely necessary. Then I needed an implant because of a fractured root. The person who was subbing for him sent me next door and I gave it a look, but decided to go to someplace close to me for all the work (implant and crown). I came back for my normal yearly exam and he absolutely tore into me and didn't want to even perform an exam let alone look to address any concerns I had. Told me to go the same dentist I had my implant for besides he could help me since I didn't go to the oral surgeon they recommended. I've never returned and I never will. Not sure what happened to him, but he's not the same person I knew. If he treats a patient of nearly 25 years like that, how's he treat new patients? Really sad and disappointed in him. read more

Dr. Dipasquale only cares about how to make money and his practice to get you in and out fast to make money. Do not go to him for your dental. There are other good dentists out there. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Tony since late 1988 and he is the best. He always finds the most economic, painless way to work with his patients. He listens, is patience and cares about us. My son broke his front tooth on the side of our pool, I was at work when this happened and told him to call Dr. Tony. Dr. Tony told him to come right in. He fixed the tooth right away and billed me. Any other dentist would have made me leave work and pay for the repair. I am a patient for life because of the way Dr. Tony took care of my 13 year old son (and my family). Dr. Tony never pushes me to do expensive dental procedures but works with me to make an educated decision about the best way to proceed. HE IS THE BEST!! read more

Dr D is a nice person. Staff is very nice. I was going to Dr D since we moved to Florida. Unfortunately he did a Crown on me, the next day part of the material came off. I have heard from other patients that this has happened to them too. I don't understand why the dentist continues to do business with his Dental Lab. He did offer to remove the permanent Crown but I refuse to go through the pain. read more

Dr T(ony) is the best dentist in town, bar none. Nothing can ever replace the combination of intelligence and sincerity. If you are a grown man, a firm handshake says it all. Deducted a star because at the front desk, I ALWAYS seem to have to help them help me. Patience is a virtue, and WELL worth the effort to see what is quite possibly the best dentist in Florida. A little more about my experience (6/6/13): I went to Dr T to fix a tooth that broke after 8 years from a previous filling (that he did). But, woops, I got the wrong insurance! And that's where the saga began, for the piece of this story where I try another dentist, see my "nightmare" review of "Bright Now" dental on aurora rd. Basically, the other dentist wanted my tooth removed, but referred me to an out of network specialist who would be out of town for 3 weeks! what?? Went back to Dr. T and decided to pay out of pocket, he decided that the tooth simply needed re-filled, which he did, relatively inexpensive (I was lucky in this regard) but even so I am glad I decided to go back!! I may not afford to eat steak, but I'd rather eat cheap food with properly fixed teeth than steak on dentures. The staff seemed with it today except the part where they almost lost my credit card and I had to tell them which folder they folded it up in (patience is a virtue, patience is a virtue, patience is a virtue, chant this mantra while in dental pain, because Dr T is WORTH IT) TL;DR Best Dentist in the area, maybe even the best in the state, I have been to several dentists in the Area and Dr T is head and shoulders above the best of them. read more

Dr. 'Tony' Dipasquale has been my dentist for over 10 years, and was a friend before that. Recent problems have caused me to withdraw my recommendation and support for him. His office staff are always nice, but as a dentist, I have suffered through two failed root canals that he had to refer out since he was unable to do them in his office. The first one, he neglected the x-ray images showing a problem, and only after it had become infected, did he send me to the oral surgeon across the road for a solution. The last one, I went to Dr. Scott in Melbourne for the root canal, but once the procedure was started he said he was unable to do the root canal since the tooth was cracked. He put in a temporary filling and said to go back to Dr. Tony to have it extracted. We left Dr. Scott's office and drove to Dr. Tony's office to have it extracted. He had a full schedule that day and declined to pull the tooth while I was still numb. He gave me an appointment the following week for the extraction and didn't prescribe an antibiotic to fight infections in the interim period. That weekend, I called Dr. Scott and explained that I was in great pain and my jaw was swollen. He called in an Rx for a painkiller and a steroid that we picked it up that evening. Monday morning, I called Dr. Tony, and he called in a Rx for an antibiotic (clindamycin). Days later, we went to Dr. Tony to extract the tooth but he said he couldn't do it since it was too swollen and to continue taking the antibiotic. They moved the appointment to the following week, (more pain). When we saw Dr. Tony again (Wed.), he said "you need to go to the ER now!" So we went to Viera Hospital (not knowing they didn't have an oral surgeon on staff). Viera Hospital ER ran all sorts of tests and didn't set up an IV until after I had been on their gurney for over five hours! The following morning, (after spending the night in the ER) we called Dr. Tony and told him I was scheduled to see an oral surgeon later that day (Thurs). He told me to check out, assuring me he could do anything the oral surgeon was going to do. We left the hospital after having to sign against doctors order release and went straight to Dr. Tony's office. He told me to stay on the clindamycin and scheduled me for the tooth extraction Monday afternoon. I called Dr. Tony on Friday morning regarding the intense pain and since they close at noon, he wouldn't do anything until the following week. On Saturday, we found a dentist that would extract the tooth, thinking that once the tooth was extracted, it would begin to heal. She didn't prescribe a different antibiotic, and even said I shouldn't need one... Even without the tooth, my jaw and lymph system was infected, swollen and very painful. On the following Monday, we went to Dr. Burns in Melbourne. He is an oral surgeon and said that the tooth was pulled properly but asked why no one prescribed penicillin instead of clindamycin. He gave me an Rx for both penicillin and clindamycin. Finally, after a few days on penicillin, the swelling started to go down. So, here we are, with $15,000 in medical bills because of that tooth! Looking back, there are numerous times where Dr. Tony had passed on several opportunities to fix the problem but didn't. Guess what I think of his service record now? We won't be going back there, ever. PS: If you have to go to the hospital for a dental problem in Brevard County, make sure to go to Holmes Regional, since they have an oral surgeon on staff. Also, if you have any dental surgery done, get a prescription antibiotic if you can from the oral surgeon. read more

My family has been going to Dr Di Pasquale for almost a year now so I have a lot of confidence in this review. After having a very bad experience with a previous dentist, I was very happy to find Dr. Di Pasquale. I rate his office very highly because he provides friendly (and never condescending) explanations, all the work we have had was very comptetenly done, and the hygienist staff also has a great attitude and does excellent work. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend Dr. Di Pasquale. read more

For the first time since I came to Florida 30 years ago, I feel I have found an honest dentist office. The doctor & his staff are awesome. The work he does is top notch. Best of all his office doesn't pitch you on work that is not needed or to purchase different types of dental tools like air Flosses and electric tooth brushes. The office is about preventive care and need repairs. Finally, it is the first dentist office that actually cleaned and polished my teeth in 5 years. Every other office wanted me to have outrageous work done or a deep scaling before they would clean the teeth. I would highly recommend. read more
