I've been wanting to visit but due to my schedule I wasn't until today, and am glad I made the trip. Although the menu is limited and sometimes some dishes may be out of stock the taste was worth the order. The lady owner was also nice and had good quality customer service. I had the kimchi stew and kimbap. This is my second attempt at Korean food here at Pensacola and this does not disappointment like the first one. Might even end up as my go to when I crave Asian food. The taste hits home and the most kimbap I've had in one go. Take outs only but Highly recommend! read more

Small store with good selection. Got danmuji (yellow radish pickle), radish kimchi, and ueong jorim (burdock root) from the refrigerated aisle--all of which was delicious. I don't know if they were offering takeout meals the day I went, but I didn't know to look. We got mostly frozen food, and I was very happy to find a good sized bag of kimchi vegetable dumplings for $4.99. Taking off one star because I bought two sweet potatoes to roast and my partner bit into his to find the inside was rotted and moldy. Suppose I should have known as they were a bit wrinkly, but they kind of all were like that. There was very little produce, and it didn't look great. read more

Most of the items there are a bit pricy but this is the only Korean store in town so what are you going to do? The couple that owns the store are very nice and friendly. I go there as much as I can whenever I need Korean items or just need to have my Korean snack fix... They also have a small menu of food that the nice Korean lady will cook for you in back kitchen. Because there is no Korean restaurant in town this is the next best thing if I want some Korean food and I don't feel like making it myself. read more

They even have kimchi, bibimbap, and yukgaejang made to order, which are all very delicious! My daughter likes their bulgogi with rice. This is the only korean grocery store in pensacola, so some things are more expensive than normal. However, they do have a good selection of groceries and cooked food. Tried their kimbab the other day, it was very good. The lady there was very nice. The store itself is located in a not so good area...so wouldn't recommend going there at night. read more

The owners are very nice. They have a pretty solid collection of products. Their banchan (fresh side dishes) especially. You can find that behind the cashier. They do sell hot food here that you order at the cashier. It isn't an actual sit down restaurant, only take out. They sell kimbap every day, bibimbap only on certain days of the week (I know for sure Wednesday), kimchi stew, bulgogi dishes, and spicy beef stew. I ordered their kimbap and bibimpap since they were sold out of their soups. Granted we came in around 530 and they close at 7 so it is understandable. They sell essential Korean sauces, seasonings, and frozen groceries. I wouldn't recommend buying fresh groceries (didn't look too fresh) or Korean ramen (way overpriced) from here (try Amazon instead). They don't have any other Korean grocery stores to compete in town, so it's understandable. I don't know where they get the fresh baked goods from, but they tasted stale. Their kimchi was surprisingly delicious and fresh tasting. Kimchi was pricey, just like the rest of the store, but I will go back to get some more Kimchi in the near future. read more

Expensive, But beggars can't be choosers. This is the only Korean spot I can find in Pensacola, This is not a restaurant its a Market. There are many other Asian markets and seems to be more targeted towards Vietnamese and Filipino. I had Kimchi soup, Spicy beef soup, and Kim bap, They were all tasty but Kimchi soup was the best. In addition to all the yummy Korean foods, this store carries a lot of Japanese items including hard to find candies and snacks. They have a huge assortment of Japanese noodles and dozens of different varieties of Ramen, from the weird to the very spicy. They also have some very good frozen items like green tea ice cream and gyoza. The family that runs the store is incredibly friendly and always makes me feel welcome even if I only spend a few dollars. I always load up for New Year's getting snacks and delicacies for my friends. read more

One of the better Asian grocers in the Pensacola area. They seem to have a better selection than TK on Palafox. But, I must admit most of their products are Korean, so if you're looking for other products, then you will be dissapointed. They rent out Korean DVD's and VHS tapes as well as Japanese DVD's. They also have cooked foods such of Bulgogi, Bibimbap, Kimchi, etc. available sometimes. All in all, a pretty decent place. read more

Ok i dont expect lots of Korean grocery items in Pensacola... BOGO is the only Korean market around the area and yes, some things are expensive.. ramen is especially overpriced. But one good thing is that they sell a big bucket of kimchi for around $10. It is pre-cut and tastes 'korean' enough. They also have some Korean drama videos but i dont ever rent videos there. If you are looking for some basic Korean stuff, it is the closest Korean store for you, but i would rather get a day off and drive to Atlanta just to stock up my Korean goodies for cheaper prices. read more

It's not the best Asian food grocer I've been too. They are a little pricey, but I found everything I wanted. They do have some fresh made foods, but I haven't tried any. I'm a wuss when buying cooked food from places other than restaurants. So, don't let me deter you. I saw a lot of the other customers stocking up for it. They rent movies and have a few wares for sale like dishes and such. There's a good variety of foods from different cultures: Japanese, Chinese, Filipino, Korean, Vietnamese. They didn't have the soy bean drink that I like and sometimes they are out of the more popular items. For as small as it is though, it's a decent store. read more

Excellent Bulgogi! It was delicious. Platter comes with rice, kimchi, yaki mandu. Loved it all. Store has a lot of different items reasonably priced. Nothing but great things to say about this place. read more
