However once repairs started, they were completed promptly and the final product is similar to getting a car off the lot (freshly cleaned and washed). From the very first phone call (where I was basically crying about my car being hit by a truck) to the very second I drove my totally repaired car off their lot they made everything so easy and stress-free.
