Showing up only to have them refused to take the work and suggested I go to a body shop. The dent I had was in the quarter panel with a sharp body line, making this a difficult dent to get out. I then found myself at Ace of Dents in Englewood. The facility is top-notch and the owner is passionate about his craft. He and his team took a look at my car and offered me advice on how to best proceed with a quote right on the spot. Their quote was 1/3 of the price of body shop work. I decided to go for it. They didn't make any promises, but assured me that I'd be happy with the results. A few hours later, voila! Like it never even happened. Before you waste your time and effort with other shops, give Ace of Dents a shot. I'm amazed and will definitely be back to try their other services.

When I showed them my receipt and reminded them of the warranty, they suddenly changed the story and claimed the tire had been previously repaired, which made no sense because I bought it brand new from them. After insisting, they decided to "repair" the tire instead, which raised questions about their honesty. The worst part came after. As I prepared to leave, I realized my brakes no longer worked and my trunk wouldn't open--problems I never had before bringing my car in. When I confronted them, their response was simply, "That's not our problem, your car is old." They told me to leave with a vehicle that had no brakes, completely ignoring the danger they created. I came in for a simple tire repair and left with a car that was unsafe to drive. If you value professionalism, honesty, and safety, stay far away from this place.

We brought our 2010 Ford Fusion to Two Brothers to repair some minor damage from being hit while parked. At the same time, we wanted a couple normal wear/tear dents and scratches fixed, too. The owners are very professional, courteous and really care about service. Their estimate was in line with two others we already had. We decided on Two Brothers because we felt good about them. We brought our car in at the appointed time and they were ready for us. Before leaving the shop the work was already started. There's an Avis rental location right next to the shop and they have a special rate for Body Shop customers, cheaper than I could get on line. The car was finished at the date/time promised and when I saw my car all fixed and good as new, I was real happy. These are good and honest people who really earn and deserve your business. This is the best body shop I have come across in a long while. My car was badly damaged by a hit and run driver. I went to a few other shops in and out of town and got estimates. A friend recommended me to two brothers. When I got there the owner jay was there. He looked at my car and gave me an estimate for a significantly lower amount than my previous estimates. He said my car would be ready in just a few days. Sure enough it was. When I went to pick up my car it was as good as new. You couldn't tell it was hit at all. This body shop is absolutely wonderful. The staff is courteous and their work is impeccable. I recommend this shop 100%. You will not regret taking your car there. read more
