Every SINGLE item was full of flavor and yummy goodness. I was craving fried zucchini and all the flavors and crunch was there I will say some of the zucchini fries could have just a little bit more zucchini in them but overall fantastic. I'll definitely be ordering them again. That RANCH they give for the zucchini fries, holy cow. That's on a whole other level. I am a big ranch fan and super picky when it comes to ranch so me saying it's a 10 out of 10. ‍ means a lot lol The bourbon burger is very flavorful and a little sweet because of the bacon jam 10/10. My experience was a good one. They serve out of their food truck at one of my favorite breweries, Hamilton's, which made it even better. Once again, it was a great experience. I really liked how the onions were cooked--they added a nice sweetness to an already delicious smash burger. The workers were polite and very helpful throughout my visit. I would say it's a little pricey for what it is, but the quality of the food definitely makes up for it. I just visited this food truck at Loma Linda Sunday Market. The service was good. My family are fry heads, so we all ordered fries some variation of fries. The reason for three stars is that one dish in particular, the chili cheese fries, are not good at all. The bald eagle continues to soar above this beautiful country. Shoutout these burgers, some of best I've had in the Rancho/Fontana area. The patties are made with brisket and you can tell through its leaner nature. Better than most smash burgers since it's not super oily and I don't feel like I'm pregnant after eating it. Loved the brioche buns, just wished they were a bit more toasted. Patties were great, wished there was a bit more salt/crispier. Sauce was OK (felt like it was missing something) and I got a fried egg, that was really good too. Fries were BOMB, well seasoned and very crispy. Recently had the opportunity to give these guys a try at our usual Thursday night trivia stop @ Alosta Brewing in Covina. They do a really tasty smash burger. It's nice and simple with cheese, pickles, onions and a secret sauce. The patty was perfect, well cooked with nice lacey and crispy edges- just what you are looking for from a smash burger. I mean, it's what I'm looking for. You may be looking for a burger that can do your taxes. If that's the case, this burger will disappoint you. Burgers are generally bad at math. The fries my combo came with were not only perfectly crispy and delicious, but very good at math- so make sure you get those if you want something delicious or need a tutor. Nice people too.
