It was the owner on the phone and he "assured" me that they would be open so that I could get an arrangement for my parent's gravesite. On the second of July I located their store and on the door was a sign something to the effect "We're closed for the 4th of July holiday and will return next week." I wish I would have taken a photo of that sign on their door, but I was just too frustrated and disappointed in the blatant lies I was told by the owner of the store. My feeling is, if a business is willing to lie and deceive you about something as fundamental as their hours and days of operation, then what else are they willing to lie about? Price? Quality? From there D&D built this shop, including the greenhouse, and opened this more permanent stand. Local vegetables, meats, jars of relishes, pickled oddities (!), some salads, jams and jellies are all ready for the choosing. As expected, the vegetable inventory changes, and right now tomatoes, potatoes, onions are plentiful. Also sold here are locally raised meats (chicken, pork, duck, beef, lamb) including sausages and brats. I also noticed bison meat and duck. They were sold out of eggs - both the free-range chicken and duck eggs, though, so that must be a call-ahead-to-be-sure item. There was enough in this store to make a meal, between the proteins, the vegetables and available breads and cookies. It's a perfect spot for picking up things for a camping trip, or a day trip, to Yellowstone, or to stock up and savor later. D&D has two small greenhouses at this location with potted flowers and plants, patio planters and hanging baskets. The person working that day was very helpful when I was looking for a plant for a low light location. She spent a lot of time explaining things and even noted what I was looking at was on a two-for-one special that weekend. There's also an on-line store, but like the market itself, may only be open seasonally. Stop in, support the local community, and know what you're getting is locally grown or produced. Anything left over is donated to the local food pantries, a nice touch.

Often the journey to health is never simple or short. I love Gesundheit. The crew, Cyn in particular has been an incredible help. She listens to all my concerns and offers her own experience with research backed knowledge. She is the kind of person you want helping you, when you've tried it all and don't know where to go. My husband has suffered for years (his whole life of 27 years!) with painful chronic eczema and psoriasis. Nothing helped, the doctors and drugs couldn't. He pored over book after book breaking all my husbands symptoms down to find a remedy that would suit us. That appointment boiled down to taking homeopathic sulfur tablets. Now I don't blindly trust anything, I listen and research. In my research I concluded that the homeopathic sulfur tablet couldn't hurt to try, we're desperate, we will try anything to get even a slight amount of relief for my husbands pain. BEST DECISION EVER!!! That sulfur has not only given relief but has saved my husbands life!! He can move around again painfree, be himself again, enjoy life again! We were absolutely blown away by the results. Long term results too! It's been 7 months and my husband is free of pain and misery! Hallelujah!!! Glory to God!!! Overall, she's a talented floral and design artist, but if you're looking for strong logistical support or are planning from out of state, I'd recommend clarifying expectations early on!
